Haha, okay question one.... What's an avatar and how do I get one.
Don't get confused when people talk about avatar tanks though. It's a color choice that sometimes comes up in sales :)

But listen to Capt and you'll get yourself all set up with an avatar for your profile

Beautiful Tuc. I love how the tank matches your wedding rings beautifully.
OK, I finally got home and I finally got my lava tank! Thank you for your hard work jonboyusmc!
And now for the tank porn...
Wow now that is one stunning tank.
I just bought skyrim....and a new tv....
I got skyrim for hubby for Christmas. He's addicted to that game. Have fun playing the game on your new tv too!

So far the Buckeye Burl is working well.

Yep, wood may be making a return. This stuff is FAR superior to anything I've ever worked with in the past. It is actually more difficult to turn than the stone tanks!!! There are no odors, off tastes or swelling accompanied with this material. The downside is you pay for what you get, and this wood, depending on what it is, is very pricey. I've seen some blanks in the $125-$150 price range. The trick would be in cutting it to get the maximum number of tanks from it.
