Absolutely... This is where us as Americans have to succeed in. I work for a cable company that, unlike major cable companies, provides support to only the local customers. I can call customers back, provide then my number and extension, and make sure they get what they paid for. How often do you get that anymore when you call anyone? I applaud Jon for doing this, it speaks volumes not only for lava but for everything that we do well that we should capitalize on.

I got to amaze my boss today. The guy I replaced used to take 2-3 days to set up a job on one lathe. Today I started setting up and programming 2 lathes at 11:00 am. I had completed parts for production off of both of them by 4:00 pm. He was in shock. I had the first one changed over in 45 minutes LOL!!! It was funny to watch his and the plant manager's reaction.

O there are SO many pretty tanks...

I'm still gonna try and use it... I took the pic above right when I got it out of the package and saw it was cracked. Can you imagine how excited and then how sad I felt, just from one second to the next

Yes I can... my Blooming Lilac Ming was DOA as well... there is no feeling like that... I can also attest to Jon's customer service. It was replaced with the Ocean Mist the very next sale.

It's a common thing for vendors to say that once the item hits the post office they are no longer responsible... But Jon's not like that.

Johnboyusmc that is AWESOME about setting up the lathe.That is a true master of your craft.In the islands we compare a boss to a diaper.They are always on your A?? and full of Sh?? LOL Sounds like you are feeling better.Hope you have an awesome weekend

Any one who carry's their tank around and that has ever had problems with the tank slipping up the carto or worried about it.I got a SS C clip and noticed the top of the carto and slid it on and it stopped the tank from slipping up the carto.It you cant notch it you can still slip it on, it helps a little.I carry my tanks in the boat so I take a little extra care in stopping things before they happen.It works great for any one working on the go or outside.hope this helps and good morning Lava Corps
