Ya know, I don't think that's legal. If he's requiring it, I believe he has to provide it.JB I know how you feel. My wonderful employer decided that all the salespeople need to have one of his cell phones (which we have to pay $70 a month for, even though each of us already had a cell phone) and on each phone is a program that let's management track every move we make during the day. While I could give a flying you know what about them knowing my every move, I found morale within the sales force dropped significantly. It actually made most of us hate the company!
Then I guess I need a Provari![]()
They provide the phone (free unless you want the "better" model which cost me $100) but make us pay $70 monthly for the phone service. Their take is that we were paying for cell phone service before and now we can cancel that service. Problem is that if you leave the company, they keep the phone number so no one can contact you. Since I, and nearly everyone else, wants to keep the phone number they've had for many years, we end up paying for both. The other neat part is that the owner of the company apparantly bought an AT&T franchise so he gets about 400 "new" customers. As far as being legal or not, I will surely contact an attourney when I decide to leave. Of course that will only black ball me from working in the same industry againYa know, I don't think that's legal. If he's requiring it, I believe he has to provide it.
Here is Pitch Black #1 from 2 sales ago.

Another day under the watchful eye of Big Brother. I put up a privacy fence on top of my toolbox so the cameras can't see me.
So who else is checking their tracking number from USPS like a gazillion times a day?
