So I've got a question for the night owls. I'm not saying any names at this point, I've contacted the vendor and hoping to get this worked out, but the whole premise of this incident kind of scared me.
So I opened up a 6ml bottle from one of my regular vendors today. I've had this juice before and know how it should taste. It smelled fine, if a bit strong. I tanked it, fired up my BB, and vaped. Zero flavor on the inhale. I was perplexed. Then, on the exhale, I tasted a STRONG alcoholic taste. Immediately assuming it was the carto, I switched it out. Same deal. I tried a different juice on the original carto, and it tasted FINE. I went back to the carto filled with aforementioned grossness, and took a long pull. All I tasted was bitterness. I exhaled out my nose to try to pick up the flavor, and was bombarded by the taste of what rubbing alcohol smells like. Almost instantly, my stomach went sour. Seriously felt like I had indigestion.
I assume what happened here is FAR too much PGA was added to this juice. I assume I shouldn't be worried about adverse effects as many vendors use at least a little alcohol. While I've had flavors that were too sweet, too bland or just not for me, this is the first time something like this has happened.
Anyone else have a similar experience?

Really hope this never happens to me, I'm a recovering alcoholic and can't afford something like that.
Never had that happened but we did have a juice come in that had wayyyy to much capsaicin added and the vendor refused to admit it, even went so far as to say that we were liars.
Never had that particular problem though I have received some funky juice before. I assume you will contact the vendor? It can't be healthy and they need to be aware, find the problem and keep it in check.
Well a lot of vendors use some level of PGA. And trust me, this didn't taste like anything you'd want to put in your mouth. Hand sanitizer smells more appetizing. It seriously tasted like the fumes from a bottle of isopropyl alcohol.
Yes ma'am, sure did. Emailed them before I posted here. Very uncool when you're expecting a Fruit Stripe gum - esque vape and get rubbing alcohol. It was only a 6ml, but it's the safety concerns in general that worry me.
That's just screwy. In a market like this, listening to your customers is vital. These guys have always been great with the customer service, so I have high hopes.
