If you don't plan on having it painted or shortened by all means get the warranty. I didn't get one cause I could barely afford mine, but I don't think I will need it either.
I bought mine with the intent of modding it, so I didn't. I do like the peace of mind a warranty brings, and their customer service is impeccable.
I'm with the others....had some nasty juice but never anything toxic. Sounds like you've already taken the right steps contacting the vendor. I'd hold onto the bottle in case the vendor wants it back to test it, just a thought.

Planning on it Lax, thank you. I already dumped out a tank's worth but I have like 2.5ml left I can throw in there if they need it. I sure as heck am not vaping it.
