They first thing I noticed is that they look like lava lamps to me. So, I would call them Lava tanks.

Wow these are BEAUTIFUL, what's left? I've never TRIED a carto tank and these are just, nice! Are they 510 threaded? I"m a lazy .... and didnt' read through the whole thread!

Purple Rain and Magenta are ....wow!!! I'd have to either go black or try to MATCH them with something, you are a MEAN MEAN man sir!!!

They are threaded for whatever carto or ce2 you'd like to put in them. 510 or 808 will both work as they share the same body diameter. I try hard to make the nicest and best functioning tanks out there, I think the other guys are going for quantity. I'll take my time and stick to quality.

I agree, it's an apt name. I wonder if volcanoecigs.com would object? They don't have any products branded as "Lava" as far as I can tell, but they seem to have the volcano, magma, etc... associated terms covered.
