Oh and btw strprswpr..thx for pointing me in the direction of these tanks. I had been here before when I was first looking for a ce2 tank but at that point he wasn't using this amazing lava tank material yet. I forgot where it was but you linked this thread in another thread.

I've been sending the link to this thread to a lot of people. I'm surprised not more people know about it. Everybody needs to post pics of Jon's tanks around the forum. Due to the rules, he can't. Let's all help him advertise. I say we start another thread and call it the Unofficial Jonboy Tank Fanclub.......

Ok, I made a video. My first. I did the best I could and I couldn't figure out how to get the sound to work. But I think this will help. Any questions? Also, towards the end of the video it looks like I had a hard time getting the bottom cap on......If you look you'll see I put some juice on the outer o-ring.....I forgot to put some juice on the inner o-ring, that would have made it slip on easier. I hope you get the idea.

One other thing, you'll see me try to put the tank in a round wooden stand. I grabbed the wrong on. If you get a piece of PVC pipe, you'll be able to put the tank in to help stabilize it so you can push the bottom cap in easier. This is what I was trying to do.

nice, it looks like u just drilled a few tiny holes in there at various spots, I thought I noticed that on your pics before. That tank looks so nice.
