Is that what they told you?

Yes. It went like this...

They asked if I previously ordered their punch because they had no record of it. I told them I hadn't. They told me I couldn't have one and they were refunding me. I politely expressed displeasure in their sketchy business practice when they told me they were following the lavacorps threads and wouldn't sell screws to anyone posting in these threads. They also refused ti fill charmed's order.

Andy, my question is...how do they know who we are? It's not like our real names are posted here...very strange, but I don't care, I swore I wasn't going to deal with that company awhile ago anyways.

My guess is my username is so close to my email address. Basically, the guy stalks these threads trying to putt two and two together.

I was wondering that too. The only thing I can come up with is somehow matching the e-mail addy. But I didn't think that was public on here.

I have fiance with a VapeTv show and 1200 followers on twitter...if they don't want to sell me something because I am lavacorps, that is their right as a business owner. But it is my right as a consumer to tell everyone I know in the vaping community about my experience and I will leave it at that......

They actually don't have the right to refuse service to you arbitrarily this way. We have rights as consumers and they have been violated. I fully intend to forward the email string to the better business bureau along with a complaint after my attorney reviews it this week.

They are pretty tight when brand new but still easier then any rubber grommet style tanks. They also loosen up a bit after a few uses so you just pull the top cap right off easily and it makes a suction sound. I dont understand why some people try prying the caps off because its not needed . Just pull it straight off. The bottom cap rarely ever needs to be taken off. I seen a few videos on youtube where its made to look harder then it really is.Out of all the tanks i have the lavatank is the easiest to refill.

Yes, the first post relates to the old ce2 tanks that Jon made. The Lava tanks go together very easily. I have zero hand strength and I can use these tanks with ease.....I have other tanks like the J tank that just sit because I can't get cartos in or out of them or take the end caps off....HTH you! :)

the fit has been optimized now and compared to the oringinal CE2 version that i own (which i need a crowbar luck and the right wind conditions to get opened LOL) these are now awesomeness to get open and refill. I love all my tanks though even the original crowbar version!
Quick question. I know if the first post it says these things are a tight fit but in GrimmGreen's review it seemed to snap together pretty easily. I bought a J Tank a few weeks ago and this thing is a nightmare to get together. Are these any easier?
