So... what's the difference between one of these new tanks set up for a Carto and one set up for Ce2s? Does it have to be one or the other, or can you use both regardless of hows its set up?

EDIT: Damn, Jonboy... thats a CLEAN engine bay!! The little details really make a difference... love the shaved/tucked/painted bay...

I believe the carto tank is the universal one. You have to take a spare bit of tube to fit a ce2 in it. The ce2 only fits the ce2.

With the carto tank, you can change over to a ce2 by adding a scrap piece of ce2 tubing approx 5/8" long to the top of the ce2 itself. Then that will fit up inside the cap.The small piece of scrap tubing makes up for the diameter and length difference. You still can't fill past the ceramic cup on the ce2 so there will be a lot of extra air space in the tank. It just gives you the option to run either one in the same tank.

Thanks for clearing that up for me... I'm thinking about picking one of these up (again) and giving them a whirl with the DC carto... my new-found friend! Never knew cartos could be so amazing...

So tell me, with a carto in the tank, does the juice just flow in to the top of the carto? Or does it go in through the bottom? Also, does it have to stay upright? I had one of your CE2 tanks and I could throw that thing around and it wouldn't leak a drop... but I guess I just dont understand how the top of the carto/top of the tank all come together...

I said I wouldn't but i'll just give my 2 cents before he has a chance to chime in...the top and bottom are snug and you need to cut a small hole in the carto just above the bottom cap or buy some pre-slotted ones

I too tried tanks with CE2's and hated it. I am rocking 2 of these tanks and have 3 more on the way. I made a video on how to fill em.
