Were my fill instructions helpful? Is the carto cut? I don't see any cuts.
yes very helpful!, thanks, carto was already in tank, and was cut. it was so hard getting it apart, I lube it up good and was still hard to part together. hoping next time when i refill, it wont be a problem. thanks so much, hugsssss

What you can do when you go to refill is turn the PV with the tank on it upside down over a little paper cup and pull the tank right off the carto. The juice will drain into the cup. Then wiggle the top of the tank off, then push the bottom cap out. And then do the normal fill. Reuse the leftover juice that you drained out of the tank. Got me?

question strprswpr, do the end caps have O-rings in the inside holes? Can't you just pull the top cap off when you want to refill?

Yes you can....but because there's a stop in the top cap, filling it from the bottom is a little easier. No matter how hard you push down the carto won't slide through the cap. I've filled it from the top, I just like my method better.

The inside hole on the bottom cap has an oring. The top is snug enough , you don't need it. Jon works real close tolerances

No, I'm thinking you might have gotten juice in the airway of the carto and that leaked out, Hovw much juice did you loose? You should blow out the carto to make sure there's no juice in the airway.

I didn't lose that much. I'll give it another shot with the adapter that I had already tried it with. Thanks for the tech support. :)

I think I'll start lubing them up with some 100% VG that I have here. Sorry for the tight fits. I just don't want these things to leak past the o-rings. They do get a little easier to pull apart after a few refills. If you are going to use the bottom fill method, PLEASE don't pry on the colored bottom cap with anything. This material is tough, but is a lot more brittle then delrin. I found this out the hard way and I have no way of replacing these as they are all one of a kind.

ORC, it sounds to me like you got juice in the airway. Once the carto is full, slide it up past the slot and vape it for a while. I do this, and when I get an off taste, I slide it back down to re-saturate the filler. Once the filler gets super saturated, that's when it will try to leak down the batt. connector. If you get a gurgling, that's a good clue to slide the tank up a bit and close the hole off. You can use this to kind of control the flow of liquid also. Just partially expose the hole.

Jon, you might want to consider sending these out disassembled so people can lubricate the o-rings prior to assembly.

Fill the tank....after it's full and put back together put a tissue on the battery end and blow through the mouthpiece. Clean it up and try it again. Let me know how you make out. Make sure the top cap is tight on the carto. It has to be assembled correctly to work properly. Once you get it the first time it'll all be gravy from there.
I've been rocking 2 for a few days now and haven't lost a drop.

What I've been doing is once I wiggle the top off, I take a wooden spoon and push the bottom cap out. And since I lube them with the juice, they come out with no problem at all.
