Iirc Sand paper start with 220 and then finish with 400 grit. It was talked about on ivc awhile back. I think grammie does hers can't remember who else.

I just used regular sandpaper, a lot heavier frosting with it that way. Just got some wet/dry sandpaper in but haven't gotten a chance to try that yet. Should do a lot better job.
