Funky taste.

Wow, are you using LR or Std Boges? I was thinking maybe some juices don't do well in the LRs???
But it's more than likely the Boges.

The one I filled the other day using the Spin that did so well is already tasting bad now ( not in a tank). It's only been what, 2 days or less? They do so much better in the tanks but still don't last as long as they used to. I'm gonna look for alternative carto also.

Here's the link to the smok LRs but looks like we'd have to peel since they are black.

Maybe some vendor has these in SS, I don't know.

i actually got it from a local vendor (E-Cig City in Laguna Beach) but I think he's out of stock as well. COV was the cheapest supplier, but MadVapes also sells them:

Smok Tech 1.5 ohm steel dual coil short cartomizer

Snoopy, do you know where to purchase them? I think COV had them but there was another place also. I wanted to try them paired with my 6V mod. I've used the emdccs and the xl dccs in the past but had long since switched to the Boges. Just curious how they would do and thought I'd buy one or two.

Ok, thanks Snoopy! Also looking at the Smok single coil 2.0s as an alternative to the Boges. But honestly, they are all from China so it's a toss up.

Edit: I also found the Smok Metal 1.7 at MV. They are a little longer, 35mm.

Here they are,

The blue is much nicer clean crisp display but for $170 mod they could have sent it in something nicer the bubble wrap and for some reason I had some kind of juice around the 510 threads.

The outside tube is not as smooth as the red Satin but all in all it's a Vari and hit like a champ .

let me know how they turn out and if they fit flush in the tank!

The 801 Fusions fit really nicely in the Lava Tanks. The little lip on end of them sits flush wih the bottom of the tank. If you don't have an 801 connection, you will have to use an adapter. Just make sure you don't get the "stealth" one, as they don't work with the Fusions.

Every bad one has been an lr boge. I've never had much faith in Chinese manufacturing, but that's our only option, unfortunately. I would love a short resurrector.

I think it's Grammie who uses a tube cutter to shorten the Resurrector for the tank. I tried some of those and they had a tighter draw not to my liking but at this point I'm willing to visit them again. I just got two new boxes of Boges from Stormy 2.0 and 2 boxes of 3.0 from litecig so time will tell, hopefully they will be ok and def gonna use the spin everytime.
