So glad my tank came in today. So everything you've heard about the tank is correct. The quality of this tank is ridiculously nice. I mean. It just screams workmanship. Thanks Jon! Can't wait to get my review done on it!

Good morning all! It looks like my tank has managed to escape the Illinois triangle so today will be a tank day for me. I'm looking forward to it.

On another note, I am now verified! Woot! They found another way for members to become verified which doesn't require giving away your financial information. I can see the classifieds again!

That was my first choice.. I got the one right after it though, same basic design.. I am happy as all hell with my tank, I just had to refill it for the first time this morning.. (I guess I vaped 3m last night.. uh wow) anyway, easiest tank refill yet!!! I can see myself struggling to get one of these every sale!!!!

Good day Lava Peeps!
Got my very first lava tank yesterday!! Woo hoo!! I will post a pic later. But now for the big question. Do u guys fill your carto, then the tank, or, do u just fill the tank and let the carto get primed itself? I am seriously tank challenged and I so want my new lava to work for me. If it leaks or I can't get it to work, it just might make a grown woman cry :(. So can u guys guide me through this so I at least have a chance of success?? Pretty please?

Hmm, gonna take a lil time to figure out what juice too, decisions, descisions....... :)

G'morning, corps!

Lethalp, what I do is fill the tank and leave about 1/4" empty from the top of the tube (with the carto inside). I don't prefill the carto or anything. The I just push the top cap on. That will force juice inside the carto. Then I remove the cap and refill the tank to 1/4" from the top and repeat until the top of the carto starts to look wet. At that point, I top off one last time, then I put the top just barely in, enough to make a seal, tilt the tank so the bubble is over the punched hole in the carto, and push the cap all the way in. Then I blow out the carto and vape :D

Lol for Andy. His way takes a lot of work....sorry andy.....

I fill the carto with about 30 drops, fill the tube, push the top on gently, blow thru in case there is liquid in the center hole. Vape. You can kind of watch to see if air bubbles come up. This indicates it is wicking properly. If you want, before you vape, but before you push the button, do a pull on the carto in a pretend vape. This should produce air bubbles. Any way you do it, have fun with it. Everyone has their own way to do things. The important thing is to make sure there is liquid in the carto so you don't get a burnt nasty taste and have to throw a new carto in the trash.
:)

hope this helps....

luv ya andy, but your way takes way too much time....imo....

I condom fill my carto, then insert to tank.. Fill tank, push the cap until it most of the way on, tilt until the bubble is over the punch and snap on.. (thanks to numerous youtube vids on the bubble trick)

That works if you're using a thin juice. 100% VG juices like Boba's won't saturate the carto from the top like a higher PG juice will. Whatever works for you, go with it ;)
