Strpr Swpr is handling it for me now and just want to add -

I really appreciate his help on this and really consider this going above and beyond on your part and believe it speaks volumes of you as a person and as a company in regard to your customer service practices. As any other person or company would not do what you are willing to do for me right now. So just wanted to say I think you guys deserve a big ... thumbs up for it.

Received my set yesterday and finally got a chance this morning to get it set up.
I'm spoiled on genny types and so far I'm really liking the LavaGen.

I'm impressed guys. It's a nice little set up.
I had to adjust my draw, and the parts are a little smaller than I'm used to.
But other than that.....

UPDATE: well I just got my lavagen yesterday and while I love it, it hasn't fixed my biggest gripe about genesis atomizers. It is not pocketable. I was working around the house and next thing I know I have a pocket full of juice. I took out the lavagen and the bottom section was empty but the top portion was full of juice. Looks like this one won't be going out of the house either. Such a shame as I was hoping this was finally the answer I was looking for.

I'm not knocking the lavagen as this is an issue with every genesis atomizer. It is very well built and performs amazingly. Draw, vapor, flavor are all excellent. I just wish I could find a genesis atty that was reliable enough to take to work.

Did you have it upside down in your pocket?

I don't have one yet but I have seen a lot of videos and have a good understand on how it works. To me, it looks like you need to loosen the center pin a lot more with the Provari. The base should be sitting flush with the Provari and your pictures look like the center pin is keeping it from seating properly. Might be not enough of a ground for the Provari's connection threads thus causing it to not fire.

Well....if it's left horiztonal, juice will leak from the fill hole. I guess not everything is perfect....LOL

I wasn't saying there was anything wrong with the lavagen. I love it. I just wish someone could make a genesis leakproof. I'm sure you get that thinking about where it is and what position it's in all the time is a pita. Oh wait I gotta pull out my provari I'm sitting down for dinner, driving, ect. One of the many great thing about the origional lava tank. Put it in my pocket and just forget about it till I need it.

No worries. I'll just use my regular lava tank at work and the lavagen when I get home. I do prefer the taste of a genesis atty though.

I didn't think you said anything wrong. I have become accustomed to paying attention to how I carry my mod. So I guess it's not really an issue for me.
