I've been having great success wrapping Ni200 around a bolt. It forms perfectly spaced wraps without needing to push/pull the coils into shape. And when the coil is attached on the atty, you simply unscrew the bolt from the coil.

Also, the eVic VT is my first temp control device. I absolutely love it. I was worried about battery life, but these lipo's work great. I charge it over night and get nearly a full days use out of it.

Wow you most vape vape vape, my MVP pro has less battery life and last me a day and half, the evic has more battery life so should give me two days ✌️ Fingers crossed

I could get two days out of mine, but I like to see that full battery bar to much, so I charge every night :p

What's that performance like?

It's one of the eGo ONE mega coils. Out of the box, they're not that great. They simply don't wick very well. The juice holes are laughably tiny.
So... I pull out the dremel and widen the holes and also add two additional holes.
After more than doubling the juice flow potential, it's actually pretty darn good.

I really don't know how they thought 2 tiny pin-sized holes was going to be enough...

Was there ever a consensus reached about the reason these may be dropping out of tc mode? I've recently acquired a new evic-vt that I put a dual coil dripper on. I wrapped 2x11 wrap on 3.0mm 26ga ti wire coils for it. Intermittently, the mod is dropping out of tc and into power mode. Unscrewing and re screwing the atty gets it back into tc mode for a little while, but then it will flip back to power mode eventually.

Dual ti is know to be troublesome for many. The legs will losen under the screws within the first day usually.

My first dual did after a day or two and severely arced to the post. Tighten the screws back down and she was good.

Here it is for example, got a little bit of a burnt hit but the rayon was still good!

Have you seen the Evic mini? Still 5000 mAh? Not downsized enough for what I would call a mini version
bc366f6562b052df2a6777fab7ef9071_g.jpg

Parameters

Size: 22.20 x 38.20 x 82.00mm
Output mode: VT-Ti/VT-Ni/VW mode
Output wattage: 1-60W
Resistance range: 0.05 - 1.0ohm for VT mode
0.15 - 3.5ohm for VW/Bypass mode
Temperature range: 100 - 315℃ / 200 - 600℉

EDIT: Advertised as a 5000 mAh in the express kit but has replaceable single battery .....so not a 5000 mAh mod..... probably an 18650.... it doesn't specify

It seems to have a 18650 replaceable battery, so can't possibly be 5k mah.

You're right. I didn't look at it close since I'm not interested. I saw this on their express kit, probably a copy of the first one
Features

1. 3 Modes:VT-Ni, VT-Ti, Traditional VW;
2. Support with Pure Nickel(Ni200, made in USA) and Pure Titanium wire, and 100% organic cotton;
3. 60W, 8V, 5000mah large battery capacity;
4. Save huge of battery and liquid consumption without a dry hit
5. Enhance flavor experience with the change of temperature settings by displaying in the big OLED screen;
6. Sport car stylish appearance; Racing Yellow/Cool Black/Dazzling White colors available;
8. This VT battery not only supports our suggested VT heads, but also supports all other VT atomizers and heads.
9. This VT atomizer not only matches with our VT battery, but also matches with all other VT batteries
