I received some Boba's Bounty right before they moved. I tasted it right out of the box and it was good, but I thought it was better a few days later. Then a few weeks later it seemed to be milder in flavor as if some flavor was lost. I'm blaming myself for perhaps not shaking the heck out of it at first...I mean I shook it, but maybe not enough? just not sure how the flavor can dim after a few weeks, when most of my stuff becomes so much better after steeping a few weeks. I might have had all the flavor on top right in the beginning? [Same thing happened with the Gorilla juice and Massive Choc Mint..it was way too strong at first, even though I shook them, then the strong flavor was mostly gone a few weeks later and they became dull. So bizarre! I'm liking the milder MCM and Gorilla LOL.

Doesn't seem to be you...I keep hearing the same thing about their juice getting weaker as it ages. It may help to keep it in a dark place...flavoring compounds degrade with exposure to light.

How is it Jeneration? I'm working on a gingerbread right now that is remarkably close to the genuine article!

I'm loving it...... very well balanced between the gingersnap and a sweet icing. I was thinking it would be a really strong flavor I'd get sick of.... NOPE. I've been on it for a few days straight and dangerously close to running out. MUST HAVE MORE NOWWWWW.

Well I asked this a while back but there was no answer. Are you going to review any coffee flavor juices? So far I've just seen one so-so cappucino flavor reviewed. A lot of folk, like myself, like coffee flavors.

I don't like straight coffee, but I am loving the vanilla caramel frappucino from The Plume Room.... but take that with a grain of salt because I view coffee as a delivery method for flavored creamer.

ANYONE who vaped through cartridges with teabags and blue foam is my hero. NO kidding. My first e-cig was a "mini-cig" (no brand name on it, just that) that had attys and cartridges. I ordered my Volts on day 3, and would have been back to smoking if it weren't for those cartos.

Josh, I just found this thread. Are you, or have you reviewed any ECBlend juice? I personally like the Orange and the Crazy Citrus Cooler. I haven't tried their other juices yet, but plan to. I know there may be better juices, but ECBlend's prices are more reasonable than other vendors. I've got to try RAWR at some point, however. I guess I'm just a tight wad!

I haven't tried ECBlends yet, but they are indeed on the list of vendors to get in touch with when I catch up on everything waiting for reviews. Thanks for the suggestion. I know not everyone can afford the gourmet vendors and I do try to get to more affordable juice as well.

Yeah the Gingerbread I reviewed did very well also. The review is still in rough draft, but should be included in the next update.

Cartridges sucked, but at the time, it was all I had and I knew very little about what there was of the vaping community, which was very small anyhow. All the teabags and blue foam were necessary evils at the time, but when cartos came along, it was like a whole new world opened up. Those were tough times, but good days for sure. It's funny how it all comes full circle and now I'm back to being first and foremost, a dripper.

Sure...I have lots more on the way! There's some new stuff from Ginger's coming in, some more from DeejStuff, Indigo, TVR, another Highbrow, Vapors Choice, and 2 from AVE are also in process including Boba's. There is, quite literally no end in sight.

What a great site. Wish I had known about it before I wasted money on some of the flavors I got to try. This will be a big help to those of us just getting started and wondering just what flavors to try and which ones to avoid. :)

Thanks! I'm glad you found the website, but I'm sorry you didn't find it earlier...at least from here on out, it should be a little easier for you when it comes to finding juice that will keep you away from the analogs.

If I may as a quick question Chefjosh: on your website you mention the Vapage dripping atomizer that you test with. What other's have you used, if any, and why did you decide naming this one on your juice review website? Thanks! Keep up the good work :)

Sure, happy to address it. With the exception of the HH.357 and AVA atty's I've tried everything I could get my hands on. I purposefully omitted those two simply because I can't possibly afford to spend that much money per atty with the sheer volume that I go thru.

I tried Bauways, Joye, IKVs, Vision, Betterlife, and the list goes on. For a good long while I was using the SmartVapes dripping atomizer and while I liked it, I was never thrilled with it, and there was a small but significant price increase as well that kept me from ordering new ones. I knew I wanted a bridgeless atty, somewhere in the vicinity of 2-3Ω. I was hoping to find one a little under 3Ω since on several occasions I had pushed my 3Ω atty all the way to 12 watts and still wanted to know if I could push a juice any further, but my Provari maxed out a 6v and I had no other option than to switch out for a lower quality LR atty. So I began the hunt for a new atomizer...and quite quickly, I stumbled upon the Vapage hybrid. It's bridgeless (exposed coil, like I prefer), not a lot of splatter, a good draw, great vapor production, extremely true to flavor, and it's 2.5Ω, which means I can now push almost 14.5 watts, more wattage than 99.99% of the juice on the market can handle. On top of all that, the first ones that I received are still holding strong at 2.5Ω without losing any resistance, meaning they are already outlasting the normal lifespan I got out of the SV dripping atty. They also seem to be less prone to gunking up, although it will take a bit more time for me to know that for certain.

As to why I say what I use, there are several reasons. First off, I was asked on dozens of occasions as to what my review set-up is, top to bottom, so I finally decided to just post it.

But here's what it mostly boils down to...I can be a bit picky about who I take my advertising dollars from. As a personal website, I can do that, and if I don't like your product, I simply refuse the ad...you'll never see an ad for Blu or GreenNicotine on the site, no matter how much money they throw at me. The website was never supposed to make lots of money, and after what it cost to build, and what it takes to maintain, from both a tech and vaping perspective, it may never even break even, but that's not why I created it. It's supposed to be a community resource for us, all of us, to help everyone find some juice that will help to keep them off analogs for good. When I began the hunt for my new attys, I read a ton of great reviews for the Vapage AMGs so I got my hands on a couple, and obviously I loved them or you wouldn't see their ad on the sidebar. I use them because they're the best I've had so far. If a better atty comes along, I'm always open to trying it, but the AMG is, by far, the cleanest tasting atomizer I've had the pleasure of vaping.

Sorry for the ridiculously lengthy reply, but I do love to talk about atomizers.

Thank you for your dedication to this site and for fellow vapours. I have spent all morning reading every review and appreciate your descriptions. One thing I must say is why is it vendors do not describe their own produce as accuratly? I am saddened when I see a liquid that I think I may like to try only to find there is little or no descrition. I know one vendor who continues to describe and market their juice as "Halloween" for example, what is that meant to mean????? Last time I looked Halloween isnt a flavour but an event. I just refuse to buy juice that a vendor is too lazy to describe.

Hi Flowerchild! While I certainly appreciate it, there is no need to thank me. I'm glad that this is something that I am able to do and that vapers are finding it to be as helpful as I had hoped...even exceeding my wildest expectations. You hit the nail right on the head when it comes to vendor flavor descriptors....it's not hard to say this is a candy-like watermelon flavor, for example. And Halloween flavor?!? Really? I wonder if it tastes like Candy Corn or like the pennies the crazy old lady down the street used to hand out on Halloween...although to be honest, I'm not sure I'd be very interested in either ;-)

Interesting atty discussion. For me it's all about flavor, which is what led me to the Zenesis in the first place. I can and have dripped onto my wick and coil, but it's not the most convenient dripping set up because it was intended for use as a tank. I may look into attys one of these days..... if I can find the patience to drip a few drops at a time.
