Just recently I posted about my 2 650mah batteries that came with my Halo Triton starter kit both died a day apart from each other.

You all so generously tried to help me but nothing worked.

Waited for about a week for Halo to get back to me thru email and they asked me to send the two batteries in and let them know if I wanted a credit or replacement.

Well, I was intending to get them in the mail this week (have errands to do on Thursday).

Cinder was so helpfull with this as well, got that email from CS right after I PMed her and then she sent me a message back asking what nic level I use.

Well two days ago I ordered 2 new tanks and a package of coils.

When the mail came today I had a package from Halo expecting it to be my order.

Guess what?

They sent me a Sample tin of juices AND a 1300mah battery.

I'll tell you what, they really went the extra mile and I couldn't be more pleased.

Will send a message on Thursday with my dead batteries that they don't need to credit or replace, I feel they have done plenty with this package I just received.

I am going to send them an email tonight thanking them for their wonderful CS(and Cinder!)

Just had to share this with you guys.

Wasn't expecting that at all today.
:)

Wheezal, it was the variety one.

It has Kringle's Curse, Tribeca, Turkish Tobacco, Malibu, Subzero, and Belgian Cocoa.

I don't generally like Tobacco flavors, and probably wouldn't have ordered them.

So this will give me a chance to at least try them.

I am a happy camper today!

Cindy

At first I didn't like the Tribeca, but after a steep I have grown to like it. I like it in my Triton (VV Batt set to ~3.5V) better then my G6 mini tank. I have not tried it in a cart.

To me the Turkish is awesome. It is what I vape most of the day in my G6 mini tanks.

OK, this day just gets better and better.

I just got the new battery out that Halo sent me today and it's a VV!

Now I need help with this.

All I have are the 2.2-2.4 resistance coils and it looks like they are out of the 3.0 plus coils right now.

Can I still use it with the coils I have and what is the limit I should keep below.

Anything you guys know about how to use this battery, please share with me.

Thanks!

Cindy

Just set the voltage to 3.3 and dial it up after a hit if you are not happy. If you are overdoing it you will know... it will taste terribly burned.

With the few flavors I have tried I have come to realize that each juice likes different voltages. Or I should say, I like their flavors and throat hits at different voltages. The VV is so cool because I can play "mod" without doing much of anything but turning a dial.

You had 2 dead Triton batteries under warranty, and they sent you a new VV to make up for them, without sending the defective ones back? Your initial post says they sent you a 1300mAh, then you realized it was a 900mAh VV?

If so that's great customer service, plus the free sampler! I just got my VV without the out of stock 3.0-3.2 coils. The standards coils are working great with the unit, I just wouldn't crank it up too high. IMO, 4.3V and above is too much heat for these coils. You will probably find that out if you haven't already.

I'm having a minor problem with the button on my Triton, it sometimes cuts off or turns itself off for no reason without warning. After e-mailing CS, they responded- "Sorry to hear about the battery issue. You can send the battery back to us for warranty exchange or refund. Once our returns department receives it they will contact you."

So I have to wait in line at the post office, pay for return shipping, and wait for a replacement? I have given Halo about $1,000 worth of business. The battery works, it's just a bit particular sometimes, as if it slipped through the cracks of quality control. If I have to go through the time, money, and hassle to exchange it, I think I'll just deal with the slight defect. Glad you had better luck with their CS.

If anyone is still having issues please feel free to PM me your situation and ticket number and Ill see if there is anything I can do to help. I can't always help but occasionally I can speed up the process a bit or just take care of the situation myself.

Cinder was a huge help with this whole situation for me.

PM her your info and I know she will do everything she can.

It took some time, but I am just blown away with how they resolved this.

Have some patience and let Cinder see what she can do.

And, yes, I will be a lifetime Customer of Halo.

Hope you see a resolution soon.

Forgot to address part of Greenleaf's post.

I am mailing off my defective batteries tomorrow because that is errand day for me.

That's another reason I was blown away, they don't even have my old batteries in their hands yet.

Talk about trust.

I think that is really awesome when it is so hard to trust people in this day and age.

Really I just can't say enough good things about Halo's Customer Service.

Oh, and Cinder too!
