1.5 ohm DCCs work best above 3.7 volts. 3.7 volts don't have enough power to really drive them and you run the risk of burning out your Kgo switch because of the amps. 1.5 ohm DCCs are best used on big battery mods from 4.5 volts to 5.5 volts. If you got a 4.8 volt battery for your Silver Bullet and used 1.5 ohm DCCs you would have a really nice vape. :)

Thanks, I do not have that battery yet for the silver bullet...I guess then, The carto to use would be the single coil 1.7 for the k-go unless there is a dc at 1.7 that would be better. Thanks for the info

No problem. I love DCCs, been using them for a while, there's just a bit of a learning curve to them. A 1.7 ohm single coil cartomizer (like Smoketech's) is great at 3.7 :)

don't forget, you are vaping at HV. Hot is the name of that game. I haven't vaped at high volts but I have vaped at high watts. As high as you are vaping now. There is going to be a learning curve. And someone will come along with a good solution I hope. One thing I can tell you is dual coils have always performed better after a break in period. The vapor is better and smooths out after a day or so. Gotta give those coils time to season a little. You may soon be lowering your nic and upping your VG, something I do when I'm in the 4.2v range. I use tanks too. I imagine a cartomizer surrounded by a tank full of liquid keeps it cooler as well.

How long do you keep a carto on average...In my experience thus far, the carto starts losing it's power after 2 days and if I had the money, I would most definitively toss a carto out after one day. They just do not seem to vape that well after topping it of like 5 or 6 times which I do most of the time...I am a chain vaper. Maybe, that is why they lose power on me.

yep. They are designed to be throw away parts. When one starts to go, I fill one up, vape it to get the juices flowing for a little bit and top it off to sit for a day. The next day I set the old one aside to wash. That's the perfect routine I've worked out but seldom follow anymore. Your carts are going to experience quite a bit of condensation buildup as well that has nowhere to go but back into the filler. Sometimes swapping them out and leaving it to dry with the cap off overnight will revive these things a little. What you may think is the cart getting clogged may be just the filler getting soggy. So I always test them first in a couple of days to see if they really need cleaning. They never come back 100% after cleaning.
Maybe you need 2 in rotation per day if you vape that much. A morning cart and an evening cart. Vape one while one is drying out. They also last a good week inside a tank. When they start to go, I drain out the remaining juice, plug the hole and vape it dry. Cause I'm cheap like that!
