Depends if you love to fiddle... lol. A lot of people like the new CE2's. But you have to fill those with a syringe. Perhaps I am a total lazy ..., but not going there. I use standard BOGE 510. LiteCigUSA has them for $8 for a box of 5.
Personally, anything that requires a hassle is not in my future...
The new XL Mega for the EGO also require a syringe, fyi. They are also not in my future for this reason...
Would the condom method work for refilling these?
This should be stickied.
I would have found it extremely helpful when I was starting out.
So the Joye 510 is easy to refill correct. I was watching reviews and heard that the 510 battery is pretty weak so I was going to get the PCC, any other accessory suggestions for a first time buyer. I'm getting the 510 starter kit with2 x Atomizers,
2 x Rechargeable Batteries with a manual switch, 1 x Battery Charger, 5 x Medium Nicotine Cartridges, and the Joye 510 PCC.
Am I missing anything?
Don't mean to scare anyone, but I'm sliding on a condom now!
I'll throw in myof newbie advice. I remember wanting one that looked as close to a ciggie as I could get, so I ordered 2-510 kits, one for hubby and one for me. I reluctantly picked a black one, only because I figured it would look nice longer than white. We both stopped smoking the day we got it and less than two weeks later, we couldn't care less that it looked like a cigarette. We loved the fact that we had something that changed our lives for the better. The more you vape, the less attractive analogs get. Two weeks later, two Ego kits arrived on our door steps. I don't regret the upgrade. Each day of vaping pleasure steers you further away from the desire to want to smoke. You think it's important when making your initial purchase to pick an analog look a like and a month or so down the road, you find yourself wishing you had a bigger and longer lasting battery, some different colors and constantly scan the forums to see if anything new has come out. This new world you've stepped into can quickly become a hobby and/or and obsession. Good luck and I hope you find it easy and pleasurable. The true beauty of vaping is knowing you're being kind to your body and nursing it back to health while indulging in every flavor your heart desires. It just doesn't get any better than this. Not once have I stressed over wanting to smoke. My Ego takes very good care of me.

I just want to say that don't let needing a syringe to fill an XL or a e-2 ceramic type cartomzier scare you off. It really is a very simple procedure that only takes a minute or two and each refill lasts for hours of care-free vaping.![]()

Forget cartridges. Almost useless. Others may not agree - but this my thread,, lol. Either use the atomizer to drip and get a drip tip, or buy cartomizers. Personally I do use the atty/cart combo once or twice a day for a couple of good hits, but the same could be better accomplished dripping.
