I would like to start by thanking everyone that has helped me!

Kayfun lite plus v2, kicks ...! I now own a rba that has convinced me I can make a safe attempt to quit the cancer sticks.

Nothing against the aspire nautilus mini, but with the kayfun, I do not feel like I am vaping juice through a sandbag (not a reference to the airflow), tasting sand and juice.

With the kayfun I can taste the juice, get a cigarette style draw, and a more satisfying mouth and throat feel than the aspire. The aspire can be set up to different sizes of air flow, but It just would not dial it in for me.

After watching numerous videos, coupled with the advice from all of you, my coil build was good, aimed for 1.5, but fluctuates between 1.5 and 1.6 on my mvp 2. Wicked with Japanese cotton (I know I need to try rayon too) and I am speechless. I had good results on my first wick.

I have been under the weather so sinus and taste buds are not all there. I tried a 24 mg juice and gives me a similar effect to smoking. I will not get into brand or particulars of the juice since I am so new that my juice palate is not ready to review any juice nuances or any juice for that matter. I figured I needed to up my nicotine level, If that does not work I will then try other juice alternatives, for now 24 mg seems to have a future with me.

I woke up today had a cancer stick, after that I vaped throughout the day and did not have another stick till eight hours later. I could have never done that before.

At this point I need to concentrate on acquiring enough juice that I like, so I can gradually quit smoking without running out of juice and having to smoke.

I am not complaining about acquiring the aspire kit ($60.00) with five coils and battery. I just wished the rba mystery would be made to sound more like a money saving/better option other than for hobbyists/mad scientists. The kayfun lite may seem expensive at $86.00 shipped, but for someone that needs a serious alternative, it is not expensive in the long run. Getting a kayfun is out of the question, selecting the right mod is the next step.

Both vaping and the kayfun are so new to me an I to them, so this is not any type of review just my short experience and do not intended to sway anyone. I respect all people and their budgets, but I highly recommend looking into the kayfun lite plus when thinking about a kit similar to the aforementioned one. I am sure there is enough knowledge and kind members in this forum that are willing to guide anyone just like they guided me.

I will continue with more and more questions, just a warning..........

Thanks to all!

MKID I am kind of new to this board but it is great that you have already discovered how much vaping can do. I wish when I started they had something like the KFL I was using tea bag mods, plugging my little cig sty batt into a computer so I could get a hit. Things have come so far in 7 years since I first started vaping. I DIY now and have a big enough supply of flavors nic and pg/vg to last probably the rest of my life. The Govt in our state is trying to almost make it illegal to vape. They are losing too much money. I stocked up. My Provari's and Kayfuns are built for the long haul and I have repair kits so I am probably good forever but I still look. Waiting for a Vapor Shark which I ordered about 3 weeks ago. They should ship next week. Then I can try Nickel. The KFL from what I have been reading is not well suited for it not enough air flow and the V4 has resistance problems so I got a couple Kanger subtanks for that. Think I will keep my KF's Kanthal they taste so damned good that way. Plus I have 5 Provaris which are not capable of firing nickel. I went between vaping and smoking for almost4 years mainly cause they didn't have stuff like they have now and it was hard to get a satisfying vape. I started with 36mg and now I make my stuff at 2 mg, I have heart and lung problems from 45 years of hard smoking. I still find it very satisfying. Good luck.

I am beginning to question whether vaping is in fact any cheaper than smoking as originally advertised. Some of the collections I have seen on this forum must run into the hundreds if not thousands - countless different mods, tanks, drippers, drip tips, not to mentions all flavors we buy and end up dumping. I have tried curbing my endless spending, but you guys are too much of an influence.

If all you do is get a setup that works for you and then vape with it, it is extremely cheap. Much cheaper than cigarettes. It's when it turns into a hobby (like with a lot of us) that it starts getting expensive, or at least a little more costly. My "since I quit smoking" counter says I have save over $14,000 since I quit in April of 2012 and I haven't spent anywhere near that on gear, and juice. So I guess the real answer is yes, it is considerably cheaper than smoking.

Sent with no malice and not a whole lot of forethought from my new Galaxy Tab 4. Thanks Santa!

You are right on with that Matt. It has become my only hobby since I don't get around great and all of the other problems. This is one I can do still. As long as I wear my 2.5 spectacles and have space, the reason for my room that is just for my vaping stuff. I really enjoy it as you know but can't do some of the really fancy builds because of physical problems (GETTING OLD) I still love it. I only vape at 2mg so how bad can that be, it is enough to keep the mental problems away and I am pretty much mentally sharp so between the nic and the protein I think it is good for you.

Between my wife and I, we've saved about $13,000 on cigarettes in the last 2.5 years. I've spent about $6000 on juice and gear for us. Most of that was spent on a corral of Caravela's, a really sweet epipe, all of which I could no doubt get most, if not more, than my investment back if I choose to quit. The rest is juice that I've really enjoyed and atty's for dripping. But that's just money. The REAL benefit has been to our health. That, you can't put a number on.

Is nicotine really a bad thing? I keep hearing its no worse than caffeine. I like my 16 and 18mg.

I'm with you. Vaping 12 to 14. I like to chain vape and anything higher makes me jittery.

Sent with no malice and not a whole lot of forethought from my new Galaxy Tab 4. Thanks Santa!

When it comes to my health, I take the conservative approach and treat nicotine as a harmful substance and try to reduce my consumption. Got nothing to lose by being cautious.

They are in the same family of stimulants. I see little difference. We'd be better without them but there are many things worse. Just my opinion.

Mr. Bronze,

I finally got me a Provari P3 but I can't find a Kayfun V4 connector anywhere.

I even tried to buy it on SvoeMesto.com but they don't sell to the US. They don't even have United States in their pull-down menu.
