Awesome vaperant it is. Thank you all! Looking forward to building my first micro coil
I meant customs if i bought from the eu
I'm referring to purchases from Cloud9 in the UK.
My cost was 56.39. Not sure what shipping was, have to check with my secretary. There was mention of some special pricing thing going on; someone else was selling for 56.00 but svoemesto may have influenced it too, sorry, I just don't know for sure.
There are no new SvoeMesto Kayfun Lite V2 being sold for $56.39. 56.39 euro is not $56.39 US dollars and then add on shipping.
Today's price at intaste is $52.61 (VAT deducted). Dollah, not Eurooo. $70.86 shipped (15 eur shipping).
ErnieKim lives in FL, so they would have to pay somewhere in the 6.5 to 8 percent range for sales tax on Vapinart's price. $91.49 shipped (cheapest method) including 7% tax.
Eye'zz got no skins in game. Saul good by me. And I'm sure they are both excellent vendors. Just sayin'.
Authorized sellers have agreements with Manufacturers as to the prices they can charge. This can work to the buyers advantage but a few factors need to be looked at; 1) current exchange rates, 2) cost of shipping from a given country 3) duty charges from a given country 4) how the item is paid for (don't use credit cards, they overcharge.
If you keep an eye on these factors, you can get really good deals on imports. Just try it, you'll see.
It's not cook-book though, these factors change daily and you need to stay on top of them.
The final thing is keeping the manufacturer copied on your correspondence; keeps everyone on their toes. I've used this strategy and gotten very good deals on items; the global economy is fantastic if you learn to use it to your advantage. In this case, the seller threw in free shipping. They usually do this when you keep your transaction highly visible.
So After checking back, I got my Authentic for ~55 dollars after throwing in one final discount code. I'm not saying that going through these efforts to get a good price on something Is for everyone, some might say it's a pain in the tush, but I kind of enjoy it and I'm not afraid to deal with the international market.
The best news is tha Svoemesto reminded me that we will be able to buy directly from them very soon, THEN we will see some REALLY good deals.
No kidding!! We never would have known!!!

And what do you get when you convert that to US Dollah? And then what do you get when you remove the 19% VAT?
About 50 bucks?
Then get someone with trade factors that work more in your personal favor and take them up on their price matching offers and it gets even better! That's international trade for you, you just need to work it in your favor.
Nope, 65,42 EUR would it be excl. VAT, shipped to US, that makes around 71,31 USD.

Yeah, but other factors can be negotiated. It comes down to how you play your cards.
About 23% savings. That's considerable. As Raitizz just pointed out it's about $71.30 US. Your math is not what you think it is. Which again begs the question, why not just get it from VapinArt in Miami. I know you think all the time and effort you put into this is going to pay some huge dividend, but it's not. Other than making you think you got some superior deal. Which you clearly didn't. Still if this was fun for you and you're happy, that's really all that matters, right?![]()
