Beware. Dodging Russian Customs is another PITA... much painful (sometimes) than the German fiasco. As madicen said, "30-days" is the usual norm, and I know someone who's still waiting - 63 days now!
They are solid though. Sometime the wait is less. They have a good team.
Ordering now.

Got a lite from VR today. I did receive both tank sections but no screwdriver or spare parts. I don't care about the screwdriver but I did email them about the spare parts. I received a form letter explaining that SM sent them out like this and if I want spare parts I could call the b+m and purchase some since there were none available online. Basically it's not their problem. I tried calling 5x. No answer or voice mail. I'm disappointed with this poor customer service. This fill screw is definitely going to be lost at some point and ima be really torqued off if I can't use my $100+ atty over a lost 50 cent part. Unacceptable in my opinion. I understand the situation isn't entirely their fault but they seem to be unwilling to help in anyway to rectify the problem. Guess i will be making future purchases over seas, which it seems was cheaper and quicker anyways. Smh. On a happier note, this thing is amazing! Set it up with a figure 8 with 2mm silica and a 4 wrap of 32 kanthal. So this is what bobas is supposed to taste like. I've got most of my first 100 mil bottle that I had previously only vaped in Evods. I thought it was crap until today. The KFL is really pumping out the flavor and I totally understand everyone's obsession with AVE now.

Just opened up my package from VapeRev. I received both tank sections (thankfully) but no spare parts or screwdriver. I know I'm gonna need those spare parts but it looks like VR doesn't care. I mean, they're throwing away a lot of business over something that would cost them $2 to send me. For the premium I paid, that's the least they could do. This will be the last time I shop with them.

On a better note, time to clean everything up and get this thing rockin! So much to do...

Wow ,I would think VR would stand up take care of people sounds like they are dropping the ball on these:glare: The lite is Awesome and Intaste Is a great vendor 3-4 days shipping I have my 4th one coming from intaste. 1 of mine was missing 1 of the tiny screws for the coil connection positive/negative post. This i'm sure was not there fault, but they stand up behind what they sell and sent me the missing screw with extra as well registered mail:thumb: That's the way to do business take note VR hate to say it but glad I bought from the German Co instead of American.
Lando80 try Ace hardware if you have one by you for some screws the one by me has a nice selection!

This has been VR's MO for a long wile. They have been on my "I'l never ... buy from those scumbags , even though they have lots of crap I want" list for a while now. Always something with them.

From a business perspective I can see why they just don't care though. They have a fantastic location, in the biggest e-cig market in the US right now. They literally have lines around the block for certain product launches. They dont need to be nice, or customer service oriented. Will it come back to bite them? We'd like to think so, but we all kinda know the bad guy always wins in these situations.

recieved my KFL from InTaste yesterday. WOW, what an amazing little device, the flavor is second to none, even better than my genesis! i settled on a ekowool build and am loving it, can't put it down. need another one haha.

I've been a confirmed geny user for quite a while. But I'm having a ball with these things. I received two of them; and I haven't put them down since yesterday.

Since I got mine, one each for my wife and I, we have 6 gennies collecting dust. Between my Term C with the Kayfun adapter, micro coils with cotton in my drippers, and the Kayfun Lites and 3.1, I've completely lost interest in my Gennies. Hopefully that's just a passing phase as I really liked the gennies with the ceramic wicks, but the vapor and flavor with the Kayfun's is hard to beat....

Yeah, I'd never scrap my genys. The Kayfuns just give me another option.

I can't wait to get mine Monday! I want details! LOL what resistance did you end up getting? What are you using them on? I've got ekowool in my rsst (1.3oms) on my Roller and it's great :) I kinda wish I had gone ahead and got 2 and I really wish I had gotten another pro-ring. :glare:

My gennys aren't going anywhere but I won't be using mesh in all of them anymore. Yep... options are great :D

I also sent Vaperev an email on the spares, I'll post their reply when (if?) it comes in.

First impressions, compared to Ithaka, Terminator-C and RSST, this is a breeze to setup - just a couple of minutes to do the coils, and you're done - no leaking, no mess. About as easy as an Igo-L, so a big thumbs up on that. Vape, seems good but only if I partially block the side hole. Any tips on how I can make the hole smaller -it's too airy and I don't get a strong enough hit as is.

If anyone does get replacement fill screws from a hardware store could you find out what the spec numbers are on that screw? I've tried Lowes, Home Depot, and Ace here in Louisville and no one could match it. If I can get a spec # I will just order some online. I was able to find o-rings in the plumbing section at HD. They're a light tan color rather than black but they'll work in a pinch, assuming that Vaperev are going to continue to be unprofessional. For those using Ekowool, has anyone tried silica as well? Is there a real noticeable difference in flavor? I know it wicks better but I'm having no issues with wicking. I'm satisfied with the flavor of silica but if it can be better with eko then I want to try it.

you may want to make sure those o-rings are vinyl and not rubber. If rubber comes in contact with your juice, all you'll taste is rubber (found this out the hard way) I just got some ekowool in yesterday and have it in an rsst. To tell the truth, I can't really tell any difference in flavor.
