Kayfun LITE

Hi all! Here to seek some opinion.

A friend at another thread bough a kfl+ v1 off the classies the other day, and there are some concerns that she might have been duped into paying authentic price for a clone.

Of course some of us have done our fair share of comparing and research, but we would like some confirmation.

ETA: in case anyone is unaware, there are clones with marking at the base. Yup!

I have 2 of these first edition pluses that I know are authentic, they look exactly the same as these pics. Actually after reading another post, I see that this pic is kind of not aligned like mine. Maybe this pic is a clone because both of mine are lined up perfectly across rather then offset.

I really like the set screw coil anchoring, to me getting the wire to stay screwed down is the toughest part of the KFL build. This looks like a much better design than the KFL all around.

The price though. For an unknown atomizer that other than the glass doesn't seem to offer anything over the standard Kayfun design. Think I'll just pick up a lite + V2 clone and Pyrex kit from FastTech and pocket the change from the $45.

Few Kayfun clones are $45 these days. Even the clones Artemis sells at custommodcreations are less until you get to colored vs stainless steel. And he's got the most expensive clone I know of. That's excepting places that sell $20 clones for $75.

I have no info of any new version/s of the K'fun dear. All I know is that the K-Mini v2 is in the works.
