The Kayfun Lite is less than a Kayfun. The new Kayfun will be more than the old Kayfun.

This is a case of less is better in my opinion!

Of course, I have no opinion on the new KF that we know nothing about except that it will be new.

Wow.... I starting to get nervous before coming here. I think I missed something again hearing this talk about "Provari thread". Do I need to add yet another adapter to my collection? In other words, do I need more??

I learned less on the Provari thread about the Provari thread and more about the Provari thread on the Busardo vid.

Sounds like there will be three tanks that fit the new Provari thread. One by Kanger, one by Aspire, and a Kayfun. There may be more but I don't think there will be less. No adapters needed...just take off the removable 510 connection.

Thank you very much, Bronze.... I just learned more than I knew before I started ...... My tongue is getting twisted....

In my befuddled not enough coffee mind, this was tough to get straight.

I'm awake now and will translate:

"I learned on the Provari Thread about the Provari ThreadING and more about the Provari ThreadING on the Busardo vid.

Sounds like there will be three tanks that fit the new Provari ThreadING. One by Kanger, one by Aspire, and a Kayfun. ...etc ... "

I'm excited about a new Kayfun Provari ThreadING. I just hate that I will probably HAVE to get it and spend more $$ I thought all my gadget spending was done after this P3 purchase.

Oh, since this is my first visit to this thread, I'm Robin. I finally purchased my Kayfun Lite+ a few months ago and learned how to build a coil for the first time on this thing.

I love it. :)

The Istick does Vavg rather than RMS so the 3v Vavg (Mean) is actually closer to 4v. That's why I vape at lower wattages on the Istick.

I just called the shop and they sold their last DNA 30 a day ago. Whew, dodged that bullet :p. They did say that they should be getting the rDNA 40 next week sometime.

Sorry for the late reply, it`s hard keeping up.

I think I have a decent grasp on the differences between mean an RMS, my problem was even with a 3 ohm coil I couldn`t get low enough watts.
With the DNA 40 I`m generally between 8 and 12 watts with kanthal but sometimes as high as 16. With Ni and TP between 12 and 16 and sometimes up to 20 watts.
More then mean vs RMS.

I`m lovin the VS rDNA 40. :D

I'm sure you will like it here, especially in the 'rebuildable' threads.

Just had the motor rebuilt in my "Rumor Mill 18650" and now am ready for whatever may come regarding the Kayfun issue. Standing by.....

With inTaste and Cloud9 clearing their shelves it's pretty obvious the new KFLs are nearing release. Not to mention Xmas shopping season is firing up next week. Hmmmmmm......

Yes indeed it is pretty clear something new is a coming down the pike. Wonder if the new goodies will be available in time for Christmas and Chanukah?
