Hey all. I'm reading from the beginning.. still early in the thread but wanted to pop in. Got a kayfun Lite yesterday and I really dig it a lot. I've dripped for years, originally standard atties and now rebuildable drippers for a while. I've used non dripping devices on-the-go.. first cartos, lately Evod and ProTank 2. Never thought I'd find a tank device that offers the flavor of dripping.. but with the KFL I'm a believer.

It's my new on-the-go device, but I like it so much it'll be the first non-dripping device I'll happily use at home. I'll still mainly drip, I switch flavors a lot, but man, this Kayfun is special, a treat to vape out of.

Keeping it simple like I do with my rebuildable drippers.. 9 wraps of 28ga Kanthal at 1.08 ohms, wicked with cotton.

Oh yeah, one thing I wanted to mention was the draw is airier than I like, so I put a piece of tape over half the airhole for a temporary fix. If anyone has any tips to tighten up the draw that would be awesome.

I kind of adjusted to it Jerms. I thought it was a bit airy at first but it wasn't too long and I learned to like it that way.

Let me guess...I had to be there?

Dusty's just jealous that my builds are prettier than his. :D

Yeah, I bet I'll adjust to it too, it's not so airy as to be a major gripe.

What was the first juice you tried in the KF?

My first build was with XC-116 for a wick used Caramel Wild Wood from Ahl. Not a great start, I filled from the fill hole, and filled er all the way up.. which I then found out not to do. Cleared the chamber and it worked well, but the XC-116 (or my build) wasn't super impressive and wasn't really consistent.

Second build with cotton worked much better, filled with Smooth Criminal this time. Now it was really impressing me. The cherry on top was how it worked perfect with no fiddling, until I got one dry hit. Opened it up and it was dry except the wick.. man, I was so impressed that it offered a great vape until the very end, that's what really made me fall for the Kayfun. I thought for sure the vape would suffer when it was getting down to the last ml, but nope, not at all. Just need to make sure I don't overfill. I've been filling from the top after the first fill.
