Thanks for the response folks. Finally got down to it. 0.77 on my ohm meter, and it works superb. Surprised at the amount of vapor and throat hit I got from it!

you know i have 4 kayfuns and all are set up differently. i have one vertical while all the others are not. i have one set up at .8, one at 1.0, one at 1.3 and one at 1.6. all have different wire gauges as well, 2 are on mechs while the other is on a dna and one on a provari. one at 26g, one at 27g, one with triple twisted 30g and one with mundys majic ribbon. the thing is, if all the devices had the same juice in them, im not to sure if i could tell which one is which? i don't know maybe i could, the thing is, is that no matter what you throw in these devices they are pretty awesome and whatever set ups are in them they only vary slightly imo.

Does anyone with a v2 using the included drip tip get juice coming from the tip? Its not my wicking method cause I have the same method for all my kfl and Russians. When I use my vicious ant Chaplin drip tip it doesn't happen only the v2 tip.

Also are there any other drip tips that have the wider bottom to use for nano tanks? I'm interested in a nano tank but the included drip tip would be unproportional looking in 350 mode IMHO.

I used the V2 tip for awhile and didn't have any issues w/ it. Brett at BullBox Mods makes some very nice tips in several styles. He will also do custom tips to your specs. I'll throw up a pic tomorrow for you of a shorty he custom made for me out of verasite.

Custom made drip tip is nice but too much trouble for a driptip for me lol. I was hoping someone was using a wide bore drip tip with the bottom part also wide.

Hey guys anyone know how you post from your pictures to the forums here and GET THE PHOTO TO BE A LARGER SIZE THAN JUST A SMALL ONE LIKE SOME OF YOU HAVE DONE? Let me know appreciated.

I upload my pics to Facebook then link them using the utility of the post window, the box for "Retrieve remote file and reference locally" under the URL box must be unchecked. That's about all I use Facebook for as it scares me to add any info to it.

Gr8 Price! Wow! I paid helluva lot for my three (Red, Blue & Green) from InTaste.

The only issue I feel could be that these, FT ones, might not be to Makrolon standards like the ones from InTaste, VapeRev etc. And thus crack faster/earlier.
Material = Polycarbonate , sounds same as the OEM windows. Such a good price, i can use some xtra o-rings. As long as your in no hurry for the tank section. I had to order some + nem black tubes. FT is one of my daily stops during coffee. I hope every one has a great day.

Well, I gotta say, just not totally digging the overall performance of the 1.5mm micro in my KFL. It usually works well, but the slightly larger build that was closer to mini size instead of micro always worked well, so going back. Wicking hasn't been 100% consistent with the 1.5mm, especially when taking multiple puffs or taking it out into the cold.

My next build I'm going to try a gap in the middle of the coil where the air hits. Those types of coils I've heard gunk slower, and I have some gunky liquids lined up for the KFL. Will see how she goes.

Also got some interdental brushes as advised by Dusty to scrub up the inside of coils. Just a few bucks for 10 of them.

The coil in my v2 is 1.4mm and no problem with wicking

Jerms I found the same thing..my 'mini' coil usually 1.8-1.9 is flawless...tried a true micro coil and really didn't have any luck. I have the original KFLs and couldn't be happier. I keep two in rotation and one tucked back for 'just in case'.

Interesting... I've never heard of a gap in the middle. Would the 2 coils flanking the gap still be the usual compressed microcoils?

It would be like a dibby crack coil pictured below (not my pic) except the direction of the coil won't change direction like in the dibby crack. Johni from the NET thread says the dibby gunks much slower for him than standard micros.

Yeah I know that size works great for many, just not working for me in my KFL (though I do 1.5mm in my drippers with no prob). I may be able to fiddle with how I'm setting up the wick to have it work better, but choosing to going back to what worked before for me without fiddling.

I've only been using 1.4mm cause its the smallest precision screw driver I have to tension wrap. I usually use a 1/16 drill bit but too lazy to attach it to a drill and tension wrap from there.

Anyone know where I can get a copper or brass kayfun drop kit? Vapor solution is sold out.

Yeah, 1.5mm is my only workable mandrel for my Gizmo for tension wrapping, gotta go back to the ol' nail and hand wrapping for my KFL.
