thanks. Someone told me on another forum that it wouldnt work with the chimney top cause it would be shorter.

Looking at the "drop kits" it includes a short chimney. Then can use the ultra nano tanks.

My TR nano kit, did not come with a short chimney. The OEM drip tip fits, but i drilled out a white delrin drip tip to fit. On another nano tanked kayfun, i took the clear chimney top from https://www.fasttech.com/p/1570900 dremel'd the top down to fit.. Any drip tip now fits this nano tanked KLite, super easy n cheap. I like cheap some time.
Thanks. I want to go with the clear short m tank without the need of the small chimney. Just wanna use stock fittings and such. Curious if they had just a tank. I know vaperev does but the price is a little absurd.

WOW... the clear short tank vaperev is selling 22mmx24mm. The ultrav's clear and colored tanks are 22mmx26mm. I just checked a spare UltraV's colored tank. Just checked a SOV nano clear tank it is 22mmx28mm. Looks like not all nano tanks are created equal. On the raperev site notice "By using a Svoemesto DripTip, a shorter chimney is not necessary!" So if you want to use any drip tip on any nano tank kit on a kayfun, you need a short chimney.

Yeah I think I'll just have to get the drop kit and the tank separately. I wanna use my SOV top cap with a nano setup, I think it would be perfect.

theres a drop kit on ebay for cheaper and free shipping $18. I needed polished brass and seems like vapor solutions only carry it.
too bad its $30 for the official nano mtank. I find it odd that the taller mtank is cheaper with more materials needed to make. To me, it looks like the offiicial nano mtank has the threaded part of the tank be "clearer" then the ultraV tanks.

I just checked my TR nano kit, got it last year, it came with no short chimney. it is 22mm x 25mm, yellow kayfun window on it. All i can saw is that its got a nice polish to it. I actually prefer the 22mm clear tanks, large and nano size as they hold more fluid. The threading section in the stock kayfun tanks takes away from the ID of the tank, less capacity. So far i have yet to find a "safe" clear tank for pluid, other then a glass kit. I hope the clear top cap i get to test out this week end survives my full strength pluid test.
would u happen to know the measurement of the tall mtank? (the regular sizes replacement)

oem m tank from July 2013 - 23mmx34mm I do not own a oem 22mm tall tank. The three tall 22mm tanks i do have are also 22mmx34mm. So a stock tank height is 34mm.

I have also fed the garbage disposal atty parts... I like that strainers new use. I just take my stuff apart on a white towel & still fear the drain.

Mmm I have the mtank attached and there seems to be a good clearance from the top of the chimney to the top of the top cap before it gets to the drip tip area. Ima probably measure it when I get home. What I'm hoping is that I can get that 28mm tall nano tank and still use the stock chimney while hopefully it be just enough. Hopefully it could do til the polished brass drop kit comes back in stock.
