I always use Intaste.de. Did you contact them? & what was the bill for? Some weird country tax? I know Q uses Intaste.de, he recommends them. I am in southern cali, i get stuff in 3 days from them. Good pricing and honest, plus extras vaperev was not including.

FedEx sent you a bill for the shipping charge on your kayfun from Germany to your address in Canada?

I have never heard of anything like that before ... InTaste has to pay the FedEx shipping charge on the item before FedEx ever ships the item to you ... not the customer

You need to send an email to InTaste and ask them what the deal is .... very strange indeed!

Looks to me that FedEx is trying to screw you, not InTaste, since FedEx is the company actually sending you a bill

I've bought 3 KFL's from Intaste, and never got dinged once. That charge you got was from FedEx. They like to play GOD sometimes and ding folks for import fees and taxes. Take it up with them..

I was dinged an extra thirty odd dollars by....Fedex I guess. Taxes and duties they called it. My total from intaste.de to northern BC, Canada was a little over 160.
I did get the extra insulators.

Yup ... You folks in Canada are being screwed by your own government (with tax and/or customs fees) collected through FedEx ... Not InTaste in Germany! ... InTaste had nothing to do with it!
