Hey guys I need your advice.
I am vaping for about 2 and a half months and I have 3 evods, 1 aerotank, 1 nautilus. What do they have in common? I have to buy coils which is a pain, not only because they cost (especially the Nautilus ones) but it's like a gamble to me, you don't know if the coil is good or not until you try it... I know how to make coils on my evods, but I can't build one for the Aerotank or the Nautilus.

Long story short, I want to buy a Kayfun Lite Plus because I know I can build a coil for that. However since it's quite expensive I need to know if there is a better option in that price range.
Would you recommend it?

Thank you

I believe rip tripper has already released a YouTube video showing you how to recoil a nautilus, although it's only for a single coil build.

That aside, you can't ever go wrong with a kfl. It's dead easy to build with it's elevated and open deck, and well. The flavor is top notch. There's the atty I would recommend to everyone (as long as they have enough basic knowledge about safety and all that)

This might be shunned upon in this thread, but if you're low on money and it's your first try at it, there are many quality clones out there in places like eBay. HCigar has the 3.1 clone that works very well. ehpro has the kfl+ clone that also performs Stellar. Tobeco' latest version (v2/black edition/whatever other fancy names) is my latest purchase and it works flawlessly and most certainly comparable to the real ones.

I would say try one of the clones, and if it's smth you can work with with relative ease and gives you the vape you like, save up some and get an authentic one. These things are built like absolute tanks, and I honestly don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that they should easily last a couple of years with proper care and maintenance.

Edit to say: eBay also has the clones that come in a white box, and has 4 juice channels on the juice deck. Do NOT buy that at all cost.

Unless money is a serious issue I'd go with the real deal KFL+....

My coil was 11 wraps, 28g on a 5/64th...The vape had fallen off so I decided a rewick was in order...I did my normal procedure and the coil looked great...The new wick didn't help the vapor...I vaped that tank and tore it down thinking I may have gotten my coil height off by bumping it during reassembly...That was not the case as the coil looked fine...I recoiled keeping the same specs minus one wrap{10}. Ohms are 1.6 and were 1.8 with 11 wraps...Vaping just lovely again...Ohms are just where I want them for this run...I guess after @6 weeks my other coil was just worn out...It had gained 1/10 an ohm to 1.9..

Money is not an issue because I have been saving for this for a month.
Also, will it be OK vaping it on an MVP or does it need more than 11 watts that to enjoy?

Like ejuice flavors, ohms are subjective. While people like ohms between 1-2ohm, I on the other hand enjoy my .7-.8ohm build. To me is full of flavor and warm goodness.

I think you'll be ok with the MVP you might want to upgrade later down the road to push it a little but I've found unlike many RBAs the Kayfun design really doesn't need to be pushed to be enjoyed. I'm usually in the 9 - 13 watt range with it, I may go up occasionally when I'm feeling froggy but 95 percent of the time I'm in that range. Stick with a build around 1.5ish ohms or above with the MVP and you should be fine.

Slavkov, if that's the same size as the one I got, it should be equal to the 3 original tank peices together and if you get an extension chimney you can make it twice the size! (Almost 10ml) If that ain't big enough, might I suggest an I.V. :D

Edit: it's fricken ridiculously long - if you use cotton with certain juices you'd have to change wicks before you ever finish the tank.

There's a vape shop in North Toronto that sells the KFL+. I purchased one on Saturday, and (fingers crossed) apparently it will be shipped early this week. The total price (incld tax and shipping) was $135 and change.

The same vendor also sells the Semovar, which looks very interesting.

I was dinged an extra thirty odd dollars by....Fedex I guess. Taxes and duties they called it. My total from intaste.de to northern BC, Canada was a little over 160.
I did get the extra insulators.

Dang it.. I love my mini. Need another.

Hi Bridget! Been meaning to ask you how that was working out for you. Glad you like it! They ROCK, don't they?

Oh, another thing - just wondering how you got 20 drops in it with it in drip mode? What kind of wick/coil setup are you using with that? Think you could take a pic of that?

I can't get more than 7 drops in it when topping off.
