A slight gurgle sound also could be a seal issue.

I'm leaning toward seal issue as I have tried different widths from 1/4 to 3/8 always making sure it slides back and forth. I just had it apart and blew a ton of juice thru the drip tube. But now its gurgling again. I do have a super strong draw, people used to be amazed at how fast I could inhale an analog. But the ephro keeps up and the wick when I tear down the tribeco is wet, just burnt in the coil which leads me to think its just getting bombarded with sir.

I will open up the air flow control to try and help with the gurgling.

Soon as I opened up the AFC I burnt the cotton.

I took it apart and the wick was wet just touching the deck. I think I draw so hard that it dries the coil if the afc isn't just right.

If its a seal I don't know which one, it is tight at the chimney seal.

When my other ephro gets here I'll take you up on that offer to check my build if it still stands,

Have you tried more wick tail? In the coil you have to have the correct amount, not to much nor to little but after the cotton comes out from the coil, have you tried placing a good amount of cotton across the lower deck instead of just straight down just reaching?

My face palm story. The end cap on my magnet switch came off and the locking washer holding the magnet was loose. So... Magnet ended up somewhere in the yard dirt. It looked like I was gold mining with my garden hose trying to find it. Never did find it sigh...... I had just bought the mod less than a week ago. Went to flawless vapes by my house. They said they would send it back as a manufacturing defect and gave me a new switch. I will certainly be giving them a lot more business, and bought some more stuff while I was there. Big relief having it operational again. I will certainly be paying attention to that washer now.:)

Perfect match for my sx300.... it's huge.

No issues came nice and clean...threads good.

The drip tip is too large for me going to use a regular drip tip which fits fine

(Don't know why sometimes ecf uploaded pics turn on me)

That is huge. What's that the dna 30? How many watts do you push with kayfun?

Twisted 32g, 1.7mm, 9 maybe 10 wraps per coil. Each coil is like 1.7 to 1.8 ohms so total is about .9 ish. Run on dna mod. I do like twisted 32g alot, seems close to 28g but alot faster. I tried 28g in this exact resistance but seemed alot more sluggish.

Well Diver, I didn't get to my twisted dual coil build yet. Still have some juice to vape out of the KFL I'm gonna use. But I did twist my 32 gauge. EZ PZ. Held the end in a vise and used an eye hook in a drill. Perfect twist. So at least that's out of the way. I torched mine...not sure if you torched yours. Wondering if that would help with coil tightness you were talking about.
