KBox Mini problems

Hi there, I just bought my Kbox mini not too long ago and I love it but I was hoping someone could help me out with an issue I am having.

Yesterday I dropped it on the floor and the battery popped out. Now it will not turn on unless it is plugged in the battery does not work at all (when the battery is in, there is a gap between the battery and the connection - as in the battery can move up/down a bit, is it suposed to be like that?) Anyway so it only turns on when it is plugged in the wall WITHOUT the atomizer attached. Once I attach the atomizer it starts flashing over and over again (the Kangertech logo).

So If anyone can help me narrow down the issue that would be great.

Not cool .... It sounds like you may have damaged the battery cradle or something similar. The battery should sit in the cradle snug and make good connection at each end.
