Where are people getting these slam caps? Never once seen them on the site.Slam cap loveView attachment 549644View attachment 549645 View attachment 549646
Yes I know I need to clean them, the SS slam cap is quite dirty but it's been my every day carry on my Rolo for some time now. Next rewick I'll clean it. I got the black one direct from Kennedy so the difference in fonts is real. The super slam is the same but just smaller. Also it's been brought to my attention that there are 2 different sized super slam caps?

Edit: The 24mm ones.

Yeah I measured mine out to be 2.1cm or 21mm in height. But the short cap I've had since my first k24 is a beta cap, prerelease. The drip tip is also significantly shorter going into the cap, it sits flush with the top of the inside of the cap. Maybe it's not the cap, but the dt that's causing you're issues with your copper cap?I received two slam caps from Save On Vapes. A copper one a month ago and a stainless steel on this week. The copper one is 2mm shorter than the Stainless Steel. I did notice with the copper cap if the negative post screws were unscrewed enough to open the post holes completely, the cap would bottom out and not fit flush. Not an issue for me as I run naked wire, but some chunky claptons may have been an issue. The font is much bigger on my stainless steel cap. I haven't tried the stainless steel cap yet. I'm not going to be happy spending the extra dough if the vapes not as good as the smaller cap.
This is truth^ on the drip tips. The tip that came with my super slam cap is significantly shorter going into the cap than the tip on my standard dragon cap.
Same here. I have not used the Dragon Cap since the Slam. I included a few (mirrored) impressions in the following overviews:Yes. I prefer the flavor and warmth of the slam cap.

Good question. Personally, I find myself wicking less often with the Slam + Fat Dragon. I was planning to create a standard testing condition using eScribe to automate draws, but came to the conclusion that there there were too many variables to control. Based on your feedback, I updated the review notes for the Fat Dragon by reducing the authority of the first bullet point (editing the Ruby review will require the intervention of a moderator). Until then, here are a few more shots...
