RDA Kennedy 24mm RDA thoughts.

Yeah, over reaction and poor eye sight are at fault here thank God! Boy do I feel like a total dummy when finding a small piece of wire down on the bottom my Kennedy's deck and were it came from I could not tell you. Guess that this year on my birthday the gift of my eyes getting worst was given, thank you 55 years old....LoL!

@Donnie Alexander you have 4x Kennedy 24's, seemingly random question, but are the caps all the same height?
Edit: pics of my second K24, black ceracoate. It seems my stainless prerelease cap is shorter....

Could my stainless cap be a preview of the K24 gremlin cap? Or just a height they were playing around with before settling on the final release?
@Dan011z i can make you some coils and install them on my Kennedy 24 and clip the leads so they're plug and play if you want

Edit: I confirmed that my stainless Kennedy 24 cap is a beta version before Kennedy settled on a final version. There aren't many out there, I could probably get a pretty penny for it if I wanted. But I'm not about to sell one of my favorite atties.

I just threw these in yesterday

they came out so clean I'm kinda surprised. 28g framed staple aliens. 4 ply .4x.1mm ribbon inside. Didn't think I'd be able to fit them thru the centerpost so easily

Yes mine are all the same height, do you find the beta stainless steel cap gives better flavour because of smaller chamber.

Definitely worth holding onto.

I quite like the stainless steel drip tip.

I am picking up my black with red splatter cap tomorrow, that comes with a black drip tip although not sure if it's Delrin or a cerakoted metal. If not, I may just have to get one to try it out.

Looks like the what they are now calling the limited edition Kennedy 24 Slam Cap. FYI, the Demon V2 Top Cap is out. Going to order one tomorrow . UPDATE: Still a couple of weeks out (but they are coming) .

I'm pretty sure my cap is just a beta release cap. But regardless, it's more like a slam cap. The clearance between the inside of the cap and the post screws is very minimal. I have a new build in my stainless which now sits on top a Sub Ohm Innovations Sub Zero mod...it's freakin huge with the Legendary switch but man, I can tell you straight - This mod hits harder than any mech I've tried. I compared it to my brass limitless, a copper limitless, copper rig v2, etc. With VTC4's loaded up in each, the side by side comparison ain't even fair.

I had to screen shot that from picstitch, for some reason it wasn't adjusting and cropping right on the "GEN" part of the image. I'll take better pics later. This mod is just boss with a K24 on top. Let's play a game called guess the build! If you get it right with the gauges I'll make a set of framed staple aliens for ya and fit them to a Kennedy 24!

I don't know if there's a size difference, but I don't have a 22. I know I can fit 28g/4ply .4x.1mm framed staple aliens with a 36g wrap in my 24's post holes comfortably. Even in the centerpost I had no issue fitting them.

Edit: @dry_hit i was going thru your photobucket link and saw the pics of all your guitar/bass pedals & musical stuff. Do you produce music as well as play?

I take that as high recommendation,coming from someone like you. It's a beautiful looking mod, I just bought my second platinum Limitless and now you have me salivating over the sub zero.

So what you are really saying is that once you use this, all other mods become redundant.

Would really love to see more pics of it with your K24.

As for the game, my weak guess would be:

Alien Clapton coils, 24g-34g 3mm 0.09ohm

Have only experience of the K24 and never had issue with the size of the post holes. I can't imagine why they would drill the K22 with smaller holes, but could be probable.

What kind of builds are you trying to fit.
