Kick/Crown 26xxx Mod Adaptor - Will it return?

I've been longing to have Kick adapter for my 26650 Simplicity since day one. And that's not to use a Kick inside, but to act as a sleeve to run an 18650 battery in the 26650 Simplicity! Or better yet, can you run these off in delrin and make it longer? Just for the purpose of running the alternate size battery.

Nach if your do a web search I believe there are 18650 sleeves to make them fit in a 26650 mod.... I use to own one...
