Killer 705 atty

Well, unlike most everybody else, I've had very sketchy performance from my Killer since I got it & haven't been able to decipher any rhymn or reason for it. So far, since I cut the wick the performance has been consistent. But I ain't holding my breath.

That's strange that it would make any difference but I'm glad it's working for you.

Try some xc-116 (1/32) in there. Stuff wicks like a champ.

I agree tmcase. But so far my entire experience w/this atty has been a little on the strange side. Quirky would be more like it I guess.

I think I have the hang of it now. this is week 2 on the killer. Ive read this whole thread twice hahahahha

I cut the loop an the the wicks in the well. If this makes sense I make the wick length parallel with the lowest point on the ceramic. I find it wicks alot better and pulls juice faster.

if you notice it starting to dry hit. blow in and out twice to pull liquid in.

those have worked for me. i use the killer all day.

considered the diver but it looks like the same thing but no juice control. I have 3 killers so I was able to obstain.

I have two Killers and two Divers. IMHO, the Diver wins this comparison. When set up properly, the both are amazing. The difference, for me anyway is: The Killer is a bit fiddly, while the Diver is an outstanding vape with no fiddle. After a month with the killer and a week with the Diver, I love them both, but if the chance arose, I would trade the killers for Divers and never look back...

I wish they was a little more styling witht he diver though. looks like the makers six year old wrote diver and there you go. I want to try one now

As I have been viewing this thread on a daily basis, it appears that the general consensus is that Diver is the better (and I use that term quite loosely) delivery device as opposed to the Killer, based on the comments of people whom own both of these devices. Is that a fair assumption?

I am truly enjoying the Diver and it suits my vaping style to a T. However, I am intrigueg by the basis of design of the Killer.

First let me say that I want a Diver, I think they look awesome. However, the at the end of the day the Diver is just a fancy carto.

The Killer is a dripper and a bottom feeder and a fancy carto. The other day I was about half way through the tank and I just didn't feel like vaping the flavour anymore. So I got the juice control closed , vaped the remaining juice till I felt a dry hit coming on and then dripped the rest of the day with the killer. Later that night I opened the juice control back up and went back to the juice in the tank. It's pretty handy if you keep a juice in the Killer tank that you like but not in large amounts.

From what I've seen in a vid of the Diver it does look less fiddly. It looks easier to setup too. Obviously it doesn't need a juice control if it is working good for you. I like that.

If y'all are still wanting a custom tank for the killer, vaperfexion offers a couple of their tanks with an"killer option", and mny other options as well(feed port, airflow adjuster if needed, delving, ss, etc) and are bad ... tanks I general, I would recommend a Pyrex tank, that's all I use on my cartos, don't have the killer yet

Picked up the nimbus yesterday at a local vape shop. To be honest not that impressed right now after all the hype. Maybe I did a crappy build. Air holes need to be bored out though, draw is way too tight

got a drip tip from house of mod. Killer, IBtank22mm, and hom drip tip. looks cleaner imo
