GV telescopic tank works great with the Killer 705 just in case anyone is wondering like I was before I bought it. ^^Yup I leave the loop on the bottom but I leave mine just a tiny bit lose.
I still see no reason why my snipping the loop should've helped the sketchy performance I was getting, but something definitely has. I switched over to one of my 50/50 DIY mixes & the killer still hasn't skipped a beat. COOL!!

If would personally not use them if they don't have NR legs on them. I don't think it matter too much , though it will get hotter for sure. Also I prefer to keep it around 1.4ohms which simply isn't really possible without the NR legs.

That's part of the issue I have with the D-Base tank, the damn plastic tank. At 40$+ the tank had better be glass. Unfortunately finding a glass tank for the d-base has been difficult as its an odd size. Hopefully you have better luck , measure it all up with some calipers then head to ibtanked and check out their custom glass section.

Yeah my tank from ibtanked was 6$. Which I don't fully understand. It will enter Canada at Vancouver customs after coming from LA, then it will go to Richmond and then from there to my house. So I get California to Vancouver AND Vancouver to my house for 6$. Yet staying just in Canada it's 12$ for Vancouver to my house lol. Maybe that's why USPS is broke?
