I bought a dremel last night (happy Father's Day to me) and took 7mm off my Terminator tonight and sanded it smooth. It looks a lot better in my XL OCD tank and vapes just fine. I guess I'll do my Killer's regular bell next so I can fit it better in a standard OCD tank. Thanks again golfbum023 for the inspiration.

It was my pleasure and I'm so glad it worked out for you...

I've tried it with "reduced" pluid and it held up fine, also holds up to my DIY which will kill many tanks.

Thanks for letting me know, no worries about the delay...we all have that thing called life we have to take care of...lol. Should be ordering me one soon......

Just to ask, do you think that PETG tank will hold up to Pluid?

So I thought I'd try something with the Killer. When I was building ceramic cups I made one with really love 'tails' figuring that I cram a ton of silica down under the cup and it would wick super good etc. exactly the opposite happened , not stop dry hits , it just wouldn't wick at all. Sometimes I don't get this thing lol. I just manually fed it for the day , then got home and put a normal one with shorter tails in and it's working like a dream right now.

i think we'll see a lot more killers for sale. I'm going to swoop them up hahahahha. They are finicky but once I figured it out I got it consistently workign for me

My was working perfect for a long time. Now all of sudden it seems like it won't work. It's driving me crazy. I'm gonna try a few different wick and coil setups tomorrow night maybe.

The secret is buying a diver.

Yeah the Diver is my next purchase. I just bought a terminator-c V2 though so the Diver will have to wait a bit.

I know how you guys are feeling. I've felt like flinging my killer against the wall on many occasions. I don't use my killer or diver much any more & never depend on either for my ADV at work. I just got tired of fighting w/em. I actually keep my Prov/ZAP filled w/my fav vendor juice at home, but these days my ADV at work is a Reo Grand & I use an Igo-L dripper at home quite a bit. Hassle free vaping.

After using my Diver(s) for the last few days over my Killer(s) I will say that I can't believe I ever put up with the Killer.

If I had to put it in simple terms, the Diver is the Killer's older brother: while the Killer sits in her room and complains about small problems that aren't really problems and is occasionally really happy when she's with her boyfriend (whose name is probably Ken) she's an overall unhappy 16 year old that's always trying to figure out ways to change the world around her. Her older brother Diver on the other hand, while he too isn't always as happy as he could be, doesn't really care, he just sits back, takes a light vape, and keeps on trucking. Diver just likes the easy laid back days of drinking a few beers, going outside, reading some good Russian lit, and vaping.

This Killer/Diver post definitely seals it for me. I have a handful of Divers, which I love to use. However, I have had a feeling that I was missing out by not trying the Killer.

I don't get the issues people seem to be having with the Killer. Sure there was a bit of a learning curve, but once I got the hang of it it works perfectly, every time. No leaking, no flooding, no dry hits, no hassles. Maybe it has something to do with the top fill hole on my Prive "Special" as opposed to having to remove a cap every time you want to fill it, but I have had a very satisfying experience with my Killer so far. I trust it anywhere, any time, in all conditions. In my experience it performs just as consistently as one would expect from a carto, but provides a much cleaner vape with a much longer lifespan. Go figure.

Hmmm, judging by the tone of that post I get the sense that mine came off as a little high on myself, my bad, I apologize. In answer to that though, and why I don't understand the issues people seem to be having, I didn't think I was doing anything special to fill my tank. I do not close the flow control, I get my syringe filled and ready, unscrew the fill-hole, quickly fill my tank and replace the fill-screw. Why I do this quickly as possible is because I have learned through experience the longer that fill-screw is out, the more likely the Killer is to leak (seemingly with or without the flow control closed), but done swiftly I have no issues. That's about it really, I keep the flow control just less then half-way open for 60/40 juices, and proceed to vape my face off for a whole day before I need to refill. My wick/coil setups are lasting me 1-2 weeks before I feel like the could be better and rebuild them. I wish I had some enlightening trick or advice, but as far as I know, I'm just doing what I've read/watched should be done.
