FWIW I used the killer in a std 19mm IBTank at work today & am impressed! Much better performance than what I was using. I still wish it was a tad longer tho, so I could make use of an XL tanks juice capacity. But it's most definitely a keeper!

From what I understand, just put a long straight drop tip and any XL tank will work fine.

Killer #4 and first eBaron Spiral came in today. They are waiting patiently, on car seat beside me for pictures and grand opening in a bit. The'll get a boil first and, if they are like first three, after a good pat dry and quick dry burn they will be ready to go with stock wick. I still need to contact Greekvapes to see if I can get some of the silica they use. What comes on them is the best silica wick I've ever gotten or used. Virtually no splintering or shredding after weeks of use on bottom feeder REO. Because of my gunky juice I either dryburn daily and torch every couple days.

One stock wick/coil lasted five weeks.

Yeah it's really kinda been a game changer for me. Way less fiddly than a gennie with superior flavor. Also, I find it way easier to fill the killer with a drip bottle than the blunt tip I used with the genesis. Great little atomizer. Now I want another...or three.

Hey, after reading the rave reviews I had honestly been a little dissappointed w/the killer. But for some unknown reason it decided to kick into high gear today & NICE!! Now I see what all the fuss is about. I'm curious if there's there a break-in period for these or something?

whenever I change coils in mine it seems to take about 1/4 tank to fully develop the flavor...

Im shopping for a "best" RBA for my Reo and like a stiff draw. I also have been carto/pyrex tank girl on mechanical with kick near since i started vaping so ive been following this Killer thread. Some old threads were kind of on and off about them. Have they been redesigned recently? I really want to trynto jus get one "expensive" RBA and the reomizer 2 interests me at a lot less cost but really the Killer is more interesting to me. Yes im a newbie but did ok on my Phoenix clone and already dont want to keep working with the mini A7 for my Reo. Fine for my Vamo. Soooo. What do YOU thinka. I can Only justify one and to use it in one of my many tanks, well. I should do the Killer....huh? Robs new Reomizer will still be there...hmmmm. Thanks.

I'm curious about that. How exactly do you go about it? Take the ceramic cup, wick, and coil assembly out and torch the coil covered silica? Or something different?

I would imagine that the goal is to torch the silica only, but I don't think having the coil on would pose a problem. That said, I would remove the coil/wick assembly from the cup prior to torching. I will report back when I rebuild my first coil on the Killer I have yet to receive... Hopefully tomorrow

If I were you I would forget about the Reomizer. The posts break off easily and the teeny tiny screws strip. The Killer is a nice RBA but it doesn't have a stiff draw and I don't think there have been any revisions yet. I could be wrong but I haven't heard of any. Remember though, the killer can be used as a dripper, a bottom feeder or in a tank. It's very versatile.

Well thank you! That no revisions thing has been a long unanswered question! But there is a new Reomizer releasing this week because the first one had the problems....kind of like i read about the Killer's problems and i wondered if this was a revised Killer since the interest has been high lately or did they just get more available all the sudden. Thank you again

Oh, I didn't know about the new Reomizer. I'll have to check that out.

I think the problems people were having when they first came out was user error. Now we have figured out what we were doing wrong. :)

Good, man. With the same girl, we bought a Cape Cod about 40 miles northwest of the apartment we had back when you visited.

I see you upgraded also, man. Cali, nice....

If you need any help vaping related just pm me for stuff. Been making eliquids for almost a year now, have liters of nic and bookcases of eliquids here at the house.

Grats on quitting the cigs, Fin.
:)
