hehe, thanks!
Yeah, I'm still trying to see how much I like it.. so far so good I think... I've put a battery to charge and will charge them as directed in the manual...
I'm guessing the battery is the issue, probably because the atomizer isn't getting enough power to 'burn' the liquid fast enough, so it leaks... I couldn't resist waiting so long, so I tried the cigarette as soon as I got it (like probably everyone else :p)...
First, the automatic switch was doing it, then the same with the manual switch.. then I had one battery charged (after an hour the charger got green), so I used that (will put it back to charge 16h once the second battery is done with its 16h).. I had no leaks for a while, then just a minute ago it happened again... I *think* it's because I was using the manual switch and I took a puff without pushing the button... that would match with the hypothesis of "the atomizer doesn't burn the liquid fast enough" ...
I'll keep you posted!

p.s.: I should take lessons on "how to write short messages".. sorry

i really dont like contradicting some chinese manual writing dude who has no idea what he is writing but with lithium batteries this sixteen hour charge stuff is utter rubbish..

i know i am wasting my time here but correcting mis-information is one of my weaknesses..

the way it works.. battery detects when it gets to 4.2 volts.. protected battery circuitry switches battery charge off.. if the battery circuitry dosnt switch the charge off the charger will.. end of process..

lithium battery him go bang him catch fire if over charged.. battery protection circuitry him very essential.. him house catch fire else. he he he

i really do know i am wasting my time trying to put down this charge for 16 hours rubbish.. but no one can say i aint tried..

i been waiting 2 weeks for my kiss box even longer if you count the waiting for the new switchs still not got it yet all harry said in the email was At this moment the only thing I can see in Track and trace is that the
package arrived in the USA on june 14. From there it's depends on the
customs and how fast your local post works.
so i guess i just wait starting to think it was a waste of 200 dollars though

No, once you get the KISS it's an experience that you never have had with e-smoking before.
It's worth the wait.

IF the device works the way it should be, you never long for an other cigarette again.

It's so smooth,

@kakaroto: That's one hell of a story! 2 KISSBOX users in the same building? cool
btw: please use a charged battery or USB connection with charged battery inside the usb compartment AND push the manual button (the manual switch has a pushbutton, the automatic switch does not have a push button) when inhaling, if you don't nothing happens and you will suck liquid
@nutsohairy1: maybe it arrived at kakaroto's building :p Serious don't worry IT WILL ARRIVE :!:
@trog: you are right + the kiss batteries charge in ONE HOUR for normal charging! But: the first charge should be kept as stated in the manual, up to you to charge lesser time, it won't make a significant difference + these batteries come very cheap if you need an extra one, so even if they perform lesser after long and extensive usage you will be able to purchase new ones for cheap.
@ALL: just to remind yo that from 1 JULY all orders and shipments go through JANTY USA http://www.janty.us and therefore shipping prices will decrease and delivery times will be 48 hours! JANTY USA will take over all warranty/exchange claims.
@ALL: sorry for the website problems, they have been solved now. Please read the important news on our new website http://www.jantyshop.com

Hi all,
@Ruyan/Ludo : hehe, no, his package was something else, we just both received a package... I never got to know what he received :p oh, and he was the one with the 61$ customs, I didn't have to pay any customs :D
About the manual switch, yeah, don't worry, I know how it works :p I just stated that I saw no difference betwen manual and automatic, in terms of smoke output when they get activated...
I tried the USB cable but it doesn't seem to work correctly, I'm guessing that's because I received the one that was "bad". I'm guessing Janty will soon ship me the replacement usb-e cable and manual switch (if not done already) ?
About the liquid, yes it seems to be fixed with fully charged battery, I'm not too sure yet, but it didn't happen again so I'm guessing that was the problem! :)
Thanks for the info, good to know janty.us will open soon, I'll shop there from now on :)

@everyone :
After spending a day with my KISSBOX, I have a few more comments.. although I might completely change some opinions after a week or two!
1 - it is indeed a very good device! Much better than I initially thought, and of course better than my super mini cigarette.
2 - No more liquid problems apparently, so very happy with that
3 - the manual switch seem to make it easier for me to take puffs, so I like it... although I don't think it's very "natural".
4 - the automatic switch seems to work fine too but turns off a bit quickly...not the switch at fault, probably just my bad lung capacity, I run out fast and it goes off quickly.
5 - full day, cardridge still holding up, two 'not so full' batteries.

So overall great product, my one and only and big complaint (can also be seen as an advantage for some) is that the smoke is very soft, the taste is very smooth, the good thing is that it doesn't hurt the throat, the bad thing is that I don't feel like smoking... more like breathing... so I take a big puff, then look at the cig thinking it didn't output anything, then realize my mouth is full of smoke!
With a cigarette (or with my mini e-cigarette), I would feel the smoke and the taste going into my mouth so I would know "ok, I'm smoking, ok I'm full", but with the KB, I never know if I did get any smoke or not until I exhale.
Note that this could be simply because of the flavor I used.. maybe a different flavor would give me more taste and I would notice the smoke a lot more (humm... just tried the NR4 and it seems to be better, I can feel the smoke now).

About the tastes, I found it rather annoying to spend many minutes trying to figure out which cardridge box contains which flavor... the nicotine density is clearly written, I have a 'apple' printed and 'mint' and 'oriental' written by hand on some boxes, but I don't see the 'MLB' or 'Regular tobacco' in my other boxes, so I don't really know what they contain... like I said before, I tried one cardridge thinking it was regular tobacco but the smell and taste was like chicken curry.. (maybe that's "oriental".. hehe).
I also don't know what the "MLB" (marlboro?) and "NR4" flavors are.. it's very cryptic (ok, just checked, the new website explains what they are).
Apple taste was very weak.. I could barely notice any apple flavor in it... and that's the one I was using before when I reported I didn't feel the smoke...

That's all for me today :)
Thanks again to Ruyan for this great product!! let's just hope I won't be addicted (trying to stop smoking here...) :p
Now I'm glad to say that it's worth the price! :)

The labeling on cartridges seems pretty poor across the board. Every brand I've tried has the same boxes for all flavors, just little stickers distinguishing one from another. Which fall off half the time. And nothing on the cartridge itself. Another of those little touches which will have to be improved before this hobby takes off in the mainstream.

But I hope you figure out which one the "Chicken Curry" really is. I have a number of Thai friends, and THAT would impress them.

I'll be honest with you kakaroto... we put chicken curry taste cartridges in your shipment and were waiting for a reaction, guess these will not be very successful (maybe only in Thailand)

Anyone interested in strawberry-garlic cartridges?

@leaford: you're right, labeling is poor! Can you imagine, my partner had the labels made so small he thought it would save us some pennies  We'll be having full labeling in the future (like you would find on any food product).

We're all pioneers in esmoking, watch the community grow

ps.
NR4 is Ruyan NR4
MLB is marlboro but for some unexplainable reason our workers sometimes label it as "W" or "M"
P is plain or normal tobacco taste
H is heavy or heavy tobacco taste

I'll be at our factory for the whole of next week, working on the new KISS type cigarillo... plenty of stuff still to come (and anticipating on your most important question, those who purchased or will purchase the kissbox, will get the cigarillo at production price ;)

Do you mean all orders or all orders from the USA?
