Welcome Mariahpoo! Way to go! You look good both before and after- but you look happier in the second half of the video. Have you added any carbs back in yet?

And I LOVE potatos. But sadly I have PCOS and we are ttc (trying to conceive) so I can't eat carbs anymore. PCOS make me in the per-diebetic category. The doctors told me to loose weight and keep it off. So I have been eating a diebetic diet. I eat whole grains. I do have a potato every couple of weeks. But its more of a treat for me.

Sweet potatoes have been added in to the regimen-woo-hoo. Flat breads once a week have been a lot of fun. Haven't had any weight gain by adding in small amounts of simple carbs. I just have to be sure to have them earlier in the day so that they (the sugars they have) are used/burned by activity.

Hugs Hz....thank you for the positive vibes and support. We did see the cancer specialist this week and as things stand now, no chemo; however, the Dr wanted him to take part in a clinical trial that checks the genes for the risk of recurrence. In 4 weeks will reevaluate depending on the risk % as to whether chemo would improve the odds.
I am a little worried about him as he just doesn't feel at all well. Course dealing with the new dx of diabetes also. He doesn't say anything, but I think he is having a time adjusting to it all too. He has been healthy until last year and now this year.
Need you to count those carbs for him!!!!
