Just received my lady pipe from eastmall yesterday. After charging the battery for 12 hours I loaded up the pipe with Cash's Riskee Yuice, popped in a movie, reclined in the lazy boy and began to enjoy puffing on the lady pipe. Let me tell you the juice flavor was so much more pronounced then my 901 and the throat hit was incredible. After about an hour I got up to take care of somethings and when I got back to relaxing it was dead. When I take a drag the led lights up but nothing not even a hint of vapor. My first thought was could the atomizer have died so quickly? So I replaced the atomizer with a brand new one, still nothing. My next thought was could the battery have died already, so I replaced it with a freshly charged one. Still nothing. Help is there something that I am doing wrong before I contact David Yang for a replacement?

What a bummer I was really enjoying it.

I has been mentioned that some particular (pen) atomizers didn't quite fit, you had to trim them just a tiny bit get get the center posts to make contact.

If yours was just barely touching before, it's possible just setting it down may have jarred the center post 1/1000" more, and now there's no contact :-(

OR your first atomizer burned out fast (luck of the draw) and your next one just doesn't contact...

Do you have a file? You could try file a tiny bit off the outside edge of the atomizer to see if it works for you.

I went searching for you, here's a couple links that might help you:

"problem with some atomizers making a good connection with the battery. So try this (it worked for me): At the batt end of the atomizer, take a paperclip..."

some other things to look at:

I don't have one myself, but hopefully somebody who's fixed theirs can add some helpful hints :)

Thank you for all of the help. I read through the threads and tried all of the tricks including filing a little bit off the end of the atomizer and still nothing. I bought the pipe from Eastmall and the atomizers(5) were advertised specifically for the the mini pipe. I most have just gotten a bad one. I have contacted David and I am sure that he will exchange for me. Just a little disappointing kinda like getting a new toy for christmas and opening it up and it doesn't work. I do have to say while it was working it gave amazing flavor and nice easy draw. Hopefully the next one will last a little longer.

Again thank you for all of the advice and happy vaping.

You killed your first atomizer most likely. When you put the spare does the spare one have airflow? Meaning do you get suction when completely tightened. I noticed that the spares ats provided by eastmall don't work when they are completely tightened because there is no airflow and they don't work if left loose because the connection to the battery is lost. The remedy is simple... with a file or a dremel cut 2 notches in the atomizer and completely tighten it to the battery. The notches will provide the airflow and you will have connection to the battery.

I love the minipipe but it is very problematic device...nothing will beat the flavor, the throat hit and pipe like vapor it produces. However be prepared to lose ats like crazy if you are a heavy vaporer.
