My Comments on the VP1 and VP2 were just an observation, I wasn't bashing the product just commenting on the quality of the finish and the ridiculous price.

whats funny is i found an old laser pointer last night and thought how can i mod this? then found this today..hmmm i think its fate..and then you put up the pics of the 801 mod..im happy gonna see if hubs can do this for me..we can find laser pointers at the flea market for $1 or $2 so im gonna see how he does with working this for me and then go buy a bunch...cant have too many batteries...thanks cisco!!
Might not work as well if your following this guide for this specific laser pointer. It can be done but I suggest using a multimeter to find the positives and negatives.
