Late to the Regulation scare

So I was looking into the fda and what they had to say on vaping and stumbled upon the God awful goodie they have planned for us next year. For those of us who need a refresher look up the regulations that came to light April 14 2014 on vaping. Someone please tell me this has been stopped??!!! Anyone?!?!

As of now, the proposed deeming regulations are still on the table. The public comment period is closed and we are expecting more in June I believe. There was recently a House bill introduced that would change the "grandfather" date for the new regulations to be the date that the new regulations are finalized, as opposed to the February 2007 date. God help us all. I was livid when I first heard it was ridiculous. I didn't believe it. ARGH
