Oh yeah, it does do that. lol I'd forgotten about that, and I do that all the time.
Seems like its CONSTANTLY at 3.8 for some irrational reason.
not sure i am following the diagram.....So to get the most out of the batteries of a lava tube (output, life) then a 1.5 or 2.0 ohm cart locked in at 4.4V is heavy? same as a 2.0 ohm bridgeless atty? (which FYI i find it heats up the mod LT way to quick).... also on the other side of the scale a 3.0 ohm horizontal Kanger would work best at 5V or 5.5V (which seems to kill the battery quicker)?
I never did get math growing up, so even trying this all out with a Calculator is like speaking Russian to me
Here's a little bench test for you: The voltage is the constant, at 3.7v and the ohm rating is the variable.
1.5 ohm = more energy drawn from the battery to get the same voltage through the atty.
3.0 ohm = less energy drawn from the battery to get the same voltage though the atty.
This is because of resistance.
On the other hand.
If you are running a 3.0 ohm atty at 3.7v you are using less energy from the battery than if you are running 5.5v through that same 3.0 ohm atty.
I haven't seen this diagram you are talking about; perhaps the one on the very first post? Perhaps not. In any event, the above is my understanding from reading various sources of information since I began vaping and some general electrical knowledge beforehand.
SR on low volts = not that great in actual use (taste, throat hit, vapor production) but uses less power.....
SR on high voltage = great in actual use but horrid on battery power......
LR on slighty higher volts (say 4.4) = great in actual use and battery power?
and like normal got myself so turned around and backwards this is not even funny
I'm all out of Boge right now. I gave my only atty to my GF so should could try a little dripping out.
Patiently waiting on my ikenvape order............
I'm using the volcano generic cartos right now.........they get the job done in a pinch.
I heard about the name ikenvape before, know nothing about them, and volcano carto's? never heard of those.....then again bare in mind i have my heard burried under a rock a lot of times
