All I can say is that others have compared old to new, and didn't taste a difference. But I do not mean to argue, if you perceive a difference it is real enough for any purpose. Contact Mark, and we will make it right, guaranteed.

I know he will but I'm not going to worry about it. Maybe it was something with the run I have. I just wanted to make it known so if there is a problem it can be taken care of. I am noticing that this batch seems to produce more vapor (which is a good thing).

I swear sometimes its like dealing with xxxxing children. :-x:-x:-x

Sawlight, they're telling me you couldn't possibly have measured it and must be guessing by eye. I've told them three times you used a digital caliper. AARGH!!!:-x:grr:

Any chance you could take a pic of your reading?

Either way, i'm googling digital calipers and sending them an image of one.

Makes me wonder if THEY ever measure these things...

This is what I have to deal with:

From our Skype conversation:
[12/24/09 9:35:50 AM] Linda (Kanger): ok . question 2: how he know the depth ? you can't get it by eyes only by machine can be done
[12/24/09 9:36:31 AM] DANIEL HENSCHEL: He used a digital caliper.
[12/24/09 9:36:59 AM] DANIEL HENSCHEL: That's the machine.
[12/24/09 9:38:56 AM] Linda (Kanger): what kind of machine /? he never complain the vapor ?
[12/24/09 9:40:36 AM] DANIEL HENSCHEL: He used a machine called a digital caliper. It measures very precisely. It is probably the same tool your engineers use.
[12/24/09 9:41:30 AM] Linda (Kanger): can you ask your client send us a pict about that machine ? we are quite curious about that
[12/24/09 9:44:39 AM] DANIEL HENSCHEL: So, are you telling me they do not have the same tool? What do they use themselves?
[12/24/09 9:45:57 AM] Linda (Kanger): i am just telling you : your client judge the depth by his eyes . and also it is impossible 0.02 and 0.15mm
[12/24/09 9:46:31 AM] DANIEL HENSCHEL: No, I am telling you he used a digital caliper.
[12/24/09 9:46:38 AM] DANIEL HENSCHEL: Give me a minute.
[12/24/09 9:51:46 AM] DANIEL HENSCHEL: http://www.pursuitspt1.com/catalog/images/47257.gif
[12/24/09 9:51:57 AM] DANIEL HENSCHEL: That's the type of tool he used.
[12/24/09 9:53:11 AM] DANIEL HENSCHEL: This is a well-respected member of our forum. He is not a problem customer, he is not a trouble maker. He has always been helpful and reliable in the past. And he is not trying to get his bad cartridges replaced, he is just letting us know about a problem to be helpful
[12/24/09 9:53:32 AM] DANIEL HENSCHEL: I DO NOT APPRECIATE YOU CALLING OUR CUSTOMER A LIAR!!!!!!

That would be the increased VG ratio, and the full 1.0ml fill. :thumb:

Nice. Keep up the good work. That's why I think it tastes more like my VG liquid...it has increased VG. I'll sacrifice a little flavor for more vapor!

P.S. They don't know what a @$@#% digital caliper is!?! That has to be a language barrier issue.

oh, man, i contract sometimes as a translator/liaison between american and korean business... it can be *extremely* frustrating. but it truly helps if you have someone speaking their language--language barrier is often used as an 'excuse' (which only makes things even worse when it's valid). do you know which dialect is being spoken? surely we can dredge up a mandarin or cantonese/english bilingual vaper that can word an ...-kicking email. ;) do it for my husband all the time in korean when he has to work with not-very-compliant folks overseas.

We do have an independent translator we hire as needed. And I will be using her on Monday when I get back to help get this fixed.

I figure you went there to help us to not have these problems, the least I can do is help point them out so they don't grow!

And I appreciate it. I've sent you a PM.
