Well I was getting low so I fired up the dremel, took about twenty min. but now they work like a champ and I'm good for another week! Hopefully by then you will have Palament VG in stock
What bit did you use in your dremel? Seems like the grinding/cutting wheel is too big.
Not sure about the bit, but I used one of these on some 510's that had the same problem (different supplier, different device, but same issue).

The edge of the file is the perfect size for the 510 slots, not sure if they are the same as yours though.
I am really loosing on this batch! I grabbed a 24mg carto tonight, go to screw it on a batt, it wont go? I fiddle a bit and it wants to go .... eyed? I look, no threads!

Sorry about that, Saw, but as you know these things are hand machined, and those things will happen, and some of them will get by no matter how many of them I check.

My gf's got a couple of Irish Creme carts without threads too. I'll mention it to Mark next order. =)

Well they just aren't holding up that well for me. I thought the life was a little short so I noted the time. I changed out at 12pm CST, it just died at 11:30pm CST. Thats NOT twelve hours! When someone tells me all day, I figure at least twelve hours! I am really dissapointed about this!
