Before I fill up and put my carts into my fancy MV case or my PCC and some big ole messy thing happens, if you put the MV plugs on the MV carts is there any chance that they will leak?

And while we're on the subject... I ordered blue foam and will probably pull out the cheap white stuff on my first fill, so how many drops go into fresh foam and how many drops go into refill foam?

I guess the other thing I wonder is how do you even get the foam in there? Whats the best sized piece to put in there?

I'm going automatic and don't wanna kill batteries, so if the fact that it's gonna be auto has different drop info, feel free to adjust.

Somewhere in time.
If you plug them, no-they should not leak.

I lay the inner cart (pulled out w/tweezers) on the foam-then cut around the outside. It comes out slightly wider this way-which is what you want. I then fill the clean inner cart about 1/2 to 3/4 with juice, and add the foam. If you squeeze it with tweezers-it goes right in......give it a few secs to absorb, add a few drops to finish (top of foam should be glassy) then blot very slightly with a paper towel to pick up excess.

Shove the whole thing back in with your tweezers, then gently pull the foam to the top of the cart and you should be good to go.......only thing I can think of with autos, is if you keep the atty screwed on and cart is very full-which it will be-at first, do not store it battery down.

Anyway, this is how I di it-I'm sure everyone has their own method:)

Great advice.

Here's what I do - I'm assuming we're talking a 902 cart. I cut the blue foam with scissors to be a hair shorter and a hair wider than the inner cart. I do this by eye. I fill the cart with 25 drops of juice. I insert the foam by twisting it like a screw as it goes down then finish it off by pushing it down with a paperclip to soak up the juice. Then with the paperclip, I pull the foam back up to be even with the top of the cart. I then use the scissors to trim it if there are any stray foam sticking up. I vape until I can tell a slight taste difference which is about half way through the day for me. I refill with about 15 drops without taking the foam back out - I never take it out. Push the foam down with the paperclip, refill, pull foam back up. I replace the foam maybe every month.

Someone wrote here that Tony has a detailed write up on this if you contact him at MV.

I've never had leakage with a cap, but if you have the cart on the atty and its not upright, that's when you can have a clean up issue.

Good luck!
