Let there be advice please

Hi Guys ,
Firstly thank you for even reading this.
I am new to this Vap thing and was so bloody excited I was counting down seconds to I got it .
Then it came and boy such disappointment .
I ordered a Halo tracer sub omh , with both 12 mg and 3 mg Nic juices .
I can not even draw back a little as so bloody strong I can't use it .
Now I get the sub omh thing is for clouds .

But I have used other mid boxs from friends which I can draw back on heavily with Nic in juice .
Please some tell me do I order a mod box or what as don't want a pen .
And want to say good bye to cigs

Did some research and it looks exactly like an Ego One Mega battery and a Horizon Arctic Sub Ohm Tank.

It seems to have a 510 connector which means you can use most 22mm tanks available.

I would suggest buying a tank that will use coils with a higher resistance like the Ego One Mega V2 or the Tron S and some 1 ohm CLR coils. Make sure you buy the Kanthal VW coils not the TC ones. The CLR coils are easy to rewick and rebuild.

Also, you may want to use juice with a lower nicotine concentration like the 3mg you mentioned.

I know this might sound stupid as but all I know is I did search on net and hallo came up good in rating , so I looked on line and it's said its good starter kit .
So ordered tracer and got 3 mg and 12 mg Nic
Their brand of vapour high v
Both so strong on tracer unit I Brough
I know comes with .5 ohms cartridge can not be changed , but watts I have no idea

The Ego One has no wattage regulation. The only thing you can do is change the resistance of the coil which will raise or lower the wattage output.

On a fully charged battery, a .5 ohm coil will be firing at about 35 watts. The same voltage will be firing a 1 ohm coil at about 17 watts.

I have the halo reactor, which is similar to the tracer. The only advice I can give is to be sure to prime a new coil, start with low wattage and gradually work up to where you like it.

You've been ripped off by being suckered by the fake 'ratings' (which are bought and paid for) - the 'Halo' range is just standard Chinese equipment which has been rebranded with their name on it.

The device you have is not adjustable other than by choosing coils of different resistances.

A SubOhm device, especially one that's not adjustable on the mod itself, is quite a poor choice for a beginner, although I'm sure you'll be able to make it work for you by choosing suitably-rated coils for it, and a juice with a suitable nic level.

Welcome and glad you joined.
Best advice I can give is start simple and try to learn every basic part of vaping, then step up to advance ways of vape. Some folks inadvertently sell the novice advanced equipment which multiplies vaping complexities. The poor learner is flooded with to many variables and never gets the basics down pat. It helps to know what you want (which direction you want to head towards) before you leap.
