Yep, it's the "cone"; only mine is black on a Camo body.

I have a spare cone that I bought recently but it won't look good with a camo body I'm afraid ... guess I should try it and see if that's even my problem

Silly me, never even thought to do that first

Ugh! Apparently that cone is one of the older style so my new one's won't do the job ... bet they don't have those anymore either huh?

Okay, that would make sense. Because those older cones were "outies" and the threading stuck out, and yes, when the very 1st vmod came out, before they re-engineered it not to leak, etc., those were the cones used before the vmod had an atty chamber and only used proprietary atties/cartos.

those threads sticking out would make them prone to breaking off and/or stripping.:(

And, of course, any of those older cones I had......well, they went into the garbage, as I couldn't possibly see a need for them even a year ago.

I would put a want ad in the classies ....... who knows. unless somebody in this topic has one. Those vmods were a whole diff design.

NOW, there WAS a time when vapage would trade your v1 chassis in for a v2 chassis........who knows they might have a cone laying around somewhere like that old one....circa early 2012?

Guess I could contact them and ask, can't hurt ... the worst that could happen is they say no :p
Thanks for your responses Kat and RH :) I do appreciate it!

I wish Vapage still made graphic wraps. I adore your "happy chick" one.

There is so much $$ to be made in accessories, it makes NO SENSE that they don't carry the rubberized skins in every design, as a matter o fact, they should come out with 10 more and sell sell sell.

I don't get their biz plan sometimes. I gave up. :)

Also, I dont understand sealed/unsealed. Which would I want?

The VMod is designed to feed liquid from a bottle below through an unsealed atomizer or cartomizer. If you were modifying it to hold a carto tank, it would just be a mech mod, and a pretty unwieldy one. For that purpose, why not just get an inexpensive regulated mod like an MVP or iStick? They'd be easier to use and more effective for that purpose.

Edit: Meant this as a response the entry above about carto tanks, not the one that I quoted.

First off its the 2.0 so much smaller than the regular vmod and I paid 100 for this months ago and it hasnt been used yet and my dna30 just started smoking and fried up. I actually want an istick but honestly this would be super close to the size and shape and I LOVE the feel of the vmod. I think it looks super cool with a tank and I double stack batteries for a 6v vape.
