tanks filled with liquid will very likely leak due to changes in pressure. This is particularly true for carto tanks and clearos since they are not truly sealed. The drop in surrounding pressure makes them equalize through the connector. Bottles should be fine if the caps are secure. Regular filled cartos (sans tank) are safe.

I believe Robin will build her own coil someday, but what exactly am I going to do with this coil? Make them for people that use them?

Nah. It's like we were saying, you don't need to make your own coils. They're plenty cheap enough that you don't need to mess with it. But if you wanted to, you could. I'm convinced.

I'm now tempted to start a thread in the forums on my success in rebuilding cartos with pillow feathers and speaker wire. I wonder if anyone will catch on?

There's a coil in there. You just pulled out the leads. The coil is around a tiny piece of silica in the center of the tube. there's a sleeve that runs up the tube which passes liquid from the filler to the coil. I just got a laugh at you attacking that carto.

Look through the tube April. You should see the coil in there. Might have to shine some light down there. Geez, I haven't tore into a carto since the first days I vaped.

You can't Ms April. Cartos are not (practically) rebuildable. We were talking about Vivi Nova's. But that's OK. You just learned the anatomy of a carto.
